To call two different locations, only to be told on Veterans day, that they do not serve any kind of free meal, discount, or thought thereof.... I personally went to a different location, then called this location to be doubly sure, that they weren't going to serve any Veterans. I'm shocked and appalled, Because 3 military websites told me, that in fact, they did serve a free Veterans day combo meal, but every employee and manager, had different things to say. WOW I'm shocked to see that no-one even offered me a discount or apologized for not offering it. Shame on y'all, aren't y'all founded in Texas......SMH

What a relief! Came here after a very bad Schlotzsky’s location near the Outlet. The cashier was a super nice guy (wearing glasses). No name tag, I checked not even a name on the receipt. It only says number 30. But he was very friendly and accommodating. The food was preset good. We got only sandwiches, since they were running a promo. The place is clean.

Been out of Texas a while, looking forward to a Schlotzsky’s sandwich. Showed up to the place in New Braunfels on Walnut only to find out they were out of olives. That’s essentially the best part of the sandwich. Then they tell us they’re out of jalapeño chips too. That’s a no-no in Texas. Top it off, they asked for a tip at the end. Ridiculous!

I got to Bragg on the employees. I have had nothing but great service! Today there was assistance manager from a different store there. His interactions with customers has been the best I have ever witnessed in my life! He was so sweet and caring! We need more people like him in the world!

The foods always great here, this week though I got the wrong food delivered and the manager, I didn’t get her name, handled it phenomenally. I manage a mechanic shop and understand how it can be when it’s busy and that mistakes can happen, but how you handle it is what matters, and they did great.
