The atrocious dozen we got this morning were the worst donuts we have ever got at this location. All of the chocolate donuts looked like someone had licked the icing off before putting them in the box. We have received better, but have noticed the QC at this place has gone down recently.

Horrible!!! The service and atmosphere was horrible. My family and I walked in and were told to wait right off the bat and then when the lady was ready to actually take our order she told us to hurry up to order because they are so busy.
So my husband started ordering and she was extremely rude to him and had an attitude. My family and I will never be back. Hopefully they retrain that lady or find her another job somewhere she doesn’t have to deal with customers because her customer service sucks along with her attitude.

Was picking up a DoorDash order. They told me they didn’t have a certain donut for the order. I asked if they had contacted the customer. They told me no and that it’s my responsibility. I don’t work there. It’s their responsibility. They proceeded to argue with me, as I contacted the customer. The customer didn’t respond, and the store gave them random donuts. This is the second time they have refused to contact the customer. It’s called customer service. Don’t go here!!!

Morning shift always seems to be rude especially the older lady working the window. All 3 of my milks were spoiled and looked like cottage cheese. Ordered an Apple fritter and was given something else entirely. Never going back. I’m from Houston the birth place of Shipley and any Houston location is 10x better than this place. Food service everything! Do better
This Shipley location owes me a star & this is actually a ZERO star location. ordered half a dozen of donut holes & received half a dozen of DONUTS. i went back in & she became very argumentative when i confronted her with the incorrect order. she refused to give me a refund because she said i paid with card and she didn’t know how to refund me but said the other lady knew how to. eventually after being rude & argumentative she gave me my donuts holes.

The food is always great, but the early morning shift really need to find a new job. In the drive thru they always seem miserable, and are frankly downright snarky and argumentative over them apparently not knowing items on your own menu.
I would like to give two extra shoutouts to the old white lady with grey curly hair and glasses for always making me feel extra dumb ordering a “granulated sugar donut” (if I don’t word it as such, I have to give great explanation as to what I could POSSIBLY be talking about, and even then it’s a coin toss if she gets it on any given day, afterwards she WILL be sure to let me know what she is calling it that day), and as well as the Asian lady who if she mishears what you ask for, will attempt to argue with you and laugh at you insisting she is correct, and then will ask for a tip after 🙄
Again, food is great but morning shift makes me wanna find another place. I don’t leave reviewed often and wouldn’t in this case if it was a one time issue, but it happens about every time I go.

Our first time at this location. The older woman managing the front of the store was quite impolite and very unwelcoming. However, the man who came from the back was polite and very pleasant to deal with.
