I drive all the way to the Shipleys in schertz because I have continued to have bad experiences at this location. Dry kolaches every time, bread that will leave you with an unquenchable thirst. Seems like they’ve been sitting overnight, cause I have been at like 7am when everything should be fresh.

Donuts were sour. I called to inform the location that I was unsatisfied and was I just offered to get them replaced.
I rather not come back. I'd rather get refunded. Donuts are made fresh but that doesn't mean the ingredients are fresh....

The food was good but the service made it have the horrible rating if you call the location they are rude short and unwilling to help. When I went in the ghetto staff was still unhelpful and didn’t want to help much. I didn’t pick your job. Train your staff better

Closes at 12:30PM, this is absurd being next to a truck stop.

Great donuts. Coffee operation needs improvement. Cups are styrofoam. Lids are awful. Creamer? No selection. Needs improvement. Better off at a gas station. Otherwise a great place.
