Everything was Bad , Me and My Husband got 2 Strawberry iced Donuts and 6 Glazed Donuts and 1 applefrider and They Charged Us $17.68 & They was Bad Tasting I ate one and puked , My Husband ate one and Now His Stomach is Hurting Really Bad , I Called to let them know and The Lady Didn't Even Care. Sad , Someone Should Shut them Down , Rude.

Ask for your receipt! My total was 21 and some change I only had 20s so I paid with 40 I got back 15 bucks and a quarter . Even if I round that up to 22 bucks she cheated me out of 3 bucks and gave me no receipt plus gave me the wrong kolaches . If they do that with multiple customers a day it adds up . Shame on them .

Worker asked if she could leave a tip on card. Then gave me the wrong order. Then my wife asked if they do any veterans discounts (it is Veterans Day) and the lady responded with “must be nice to have the day off while I’m here working all day” wife says “it is well deserved” and worker scoffed. Wish we could’ve checked the order before leaving.

We went drive thru. Lady was not even close to welcoming/friendly; kids asked for colored donut, they didn't have-- which is understandable, but she was just like "no, what else." Once we ordered our six donuts (she wrote nothing down); paid and she handed us a small long box. The 6 donuts were shoved sideways tightly into this box. We did not get sprinkles on any of them though we ordered white sprinkles and chocolate sprinkles. The frosting on the chocolate looked either old or over melted. This was by far our worst Shipley experience, we stopped at this location (off the highway) as we are driving through to SA. We were all disappointed.

Swung in for donuts after baseball and got extremely fast service. All the ladies up there were super friendly. My go shop for donuts!

We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!

It’s been our go to stop lately on Sunday’s before church - sleeping baby in the back and a small bite break for mom and dad. Kolaches and donuts have been great. Ayzsia Michelle has been the one at the window and she is so sweet! She always makes sure she gets order right too. I hope Shipley’s can reward her in some way ?
