We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!

It’s been our go to stop lately on Sunday’s before church - sleeping baby in the back and a small bite break for mom and dad. Kolaches and donuts have been great. Ayzsia Michelle has been the one at the window and she is so sweet! She always makes sure she gets order right too. I hope Shipley’s can reward her in some way ?

Usually a great place but the last couple times the service has been not good. Not sure if it is different management but the person at the window lately messes up orders, slow and has attitude. Disappointed since this used to be my go to for treating the office.
