I love this place! The food and service is beyond amazing. I ordered the Flatbread Margherita pizza and it was delicious! Candice and Brittany are great bartenders and the chef gets props as well. The manager was introduced to me and was not nice. It's okay, I felt the same way dude, but will come back anyway. ?
Great alternative to the hustle and bustle and, poke-your-eye-out hospitality that is almost the norm now in Comal county. Good bar food, fresh and amiable wait service. Nice new menu, but somewhat abbreviated. Add a Philly cheesesteak and a Greek gyro, and ya got me for life. Possibly the best French fries ever.Keep it up, Kevin. So glad you’re still here.

Went there on a Wednesday night at 9:30 PM... The lady bartender said we're closed b/c no customers have come in for a while. We looked online and website said closed at 11 PM. Sooooo pissed b/c we took an Uber... don't think I'll be back.

Been here a few times and the food is always great from the food truck but I have to take back my positive review. The owner, who I see is Kevin S., is the worst human being I have ever laid eyes on. He has gotten belligerently drunk and screamed at the employees infront of customers. I feel sorry for the staff who look very young working there.I saw he was on a podcast and they claimed he had a big heart. In what world does demon like him have a big heart?
I don’t recommend this place, I ordered a $7 dollar drink and a $25 hold was put on my card. When I inquired with the management David was rude and told me it would be 3-4 days before the money hit my account. I asked management if maybe they should have a sign up about min purchases and he ignored me. I do not recommend this place it at all!!!!

Our family was there on Saturday Bars staff was amazing. Did notice an older man who I later found out was the owner of the Silos, yelling at the manger using profanity, he also appeared to have been drinking. To the manager's credit he remained professional the whole time and stayed calm. The owner should not let his guest see him acting is such an unprofessional manner. Then he went to his vehicle sat in the parking lot. When our family was leaving we heard him to be complaining about a wedding taking place on the church lawn. We love the Silos, but may not be back because of the owner's behavior. Learned that his name is Kevin S. . Mr S. should be more aware of his behavior and language in public and around younger children. 5 Star staff and food, no stars for the owner.

I absolutely love this place! My friends and I come weekly. The food is great, the drinks are cheap and good quality, craft cocktails, good beers on draft, awesome happy hour, delicious food, and super sweet staff. They have live music all the time, corn hole, and table Jenga. It's an awesome hangout for friends and families. They have a few TVs for football too! 10/0 recommend this place!
