Picked up two medium reeses pieces blasts. Both came completely unmixed (just a vanilla shake with reeses pieces on top so we had to mix ourselves), without whipped cream or cherry on top. I think maybe they got brought out halfway made. Outside of the cups was covered in ice cream. Ice cream wasn't filled up all the way either. Never been to this location before, hopefully just an off night.

Hey guys the weirdest thing happened. So on Sunday I decided to stop at Sonic and buy my son who just got out of the hospital only because he was hungry. He likes French fries. So I figured to calm his hunger we would stop at Sonic until we got home and cooked dinner. We got there at Sonic and there was no one there at the drive thru except us. We waited for about 7 minutes waiting for someone to speak and order. A couple minutes a F 150 truck appears and lo and behold they got to order right there and then but we were waiting. And that F-150 got to order a bunch of food compared to us who only had chicken nuggets, fries and a rt 44 cherry limeade. Those drinks are absolutely delicious 😋 by the way. I won't be going to this Sonic located on highway 46 because the service is long. They're really not that busy to be taking long to serve customers. This was the first time that happened at a Sonic. No I apologize for the long wait and thank you for patiently waiting. Like some courtesy would be nice.

Normally I love Sonic restaurants but I have ordered hot dogs from this location 4 times in the last several months. And each time, the dogs come in the bun uncooked. I have never had this problem with any other location. Please fix your dog cooking machine, or quit selling these here -- nothing worse than a cold uncooked dog (#badsonicdogs).

Last night I got off of work in Seguin, all the local sonics were closed so I drove 25 mins away to this location that said it closed at 11pm. I pulled up to order at 10:42pm and was told all they had to order was fountain drinks. I said I did not want food and would like ice cream. Worker stated they had cleaned everything and could not assist me. What is the point of having a closing time of 11 and not be able to serve anything edible. Wasted time and gas to make that drive for nothing.

Just got amazing service so polite and well mannered this young man was amazing his name was dean!
This is and has been the worst Sonic I have ever been to. No matter who is on shift, they can not get an order right to save their lives. I ordered two kids' meals, two corn dogs, a #2, and 1 extra long coney. I almost drove off without checking, but the way the guy shoved the food out of the window so fast and said, "Here is your order," and closed the window quickly, made me think otherwise. Sure enough, two kids' meals and the coney. that's it. I went in, and the crew seemed absolutely clueless. Finally, someone brought the #2 out to me. We left and got home, only to find instead of a coney. It was the coney paper boat with fries in it. Fast food workers want $15 an hour pay, but they're going to give you $5 an hour service. For that you won't get my money. Go to any of the other Sonics in town and you will get much better service.

This Sonic on hwy 46 in New Braunfels is the worst. They just can't get orders right, it's always messed up here. I'll never be back. What a bunch of inept people.
