Had an unpleasant visit this afternoon. I stopped to grab snacks and ordered a large dill tator tots, along with a drink. The tots came in a large coney tray inside a wrapper And based on what I got, it didn't look much like a large order. For the 4$+ they cost I got less than that, in my opinion. And they tasted like regular tots rather than the dill I purchased. Then at the window, I asked for ketchup and was told I'd be charged for it...even though I bought tator tots ....which are known for being ketchup's sidekick.
I'm thoroughly disappointed that today's visit was less than favorable. Customer service is taking a back burner to the all mighty dollar. Come on Sonic, do better.

Fancee at the drive thru window was such a pleasure to deal with. The line was a little slow so I was getting impatient waiting my turn (only 2 of us in line) and when we got to the window, Fancee turned that around once she opened the window. Sweet, apologetic (she didn’t need to be but she was) and something so little as CLEANING EVERY drink cup before handing it to me is something sooooo appreciated!! I hate sticky cups and it just showed she cares about what she does and that means a lot now days. Thanks Fancee!

Every-time I come here employees look like they don’t want to work. My ORDER IS ALWAYS wrong ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING FOR EXTRAS!!!!
Picked up two medium reeses pieces blasts. Both came completely unmixed (just a vanilla shake with reeses pieces on top so we had to mix ourselves), without whipped cream or cherry on top. I think maybe they got brought out halfway made. Outside of the cups was covered in ice cream. Ice cream wasn't filled up all the way either. Never been to this location before, hopefully just an off night.

Hey guys the weirdest thing happened. So on Sunday I decided to stop at Sonic and buy my son who just got out of the hospital only because he was hungry. He likes French fries. So I figured to calm his hunger we would stop at Sonic until we got home and cooked dinner. We got there at Sonic and there was no one there at the drive thru except us. We waited for about 7 minutes waiting for someone to speak and order. A couple minutes a F 150 truck appears and lo and behold they got to order right there and then but we were waiting. And that F-150 got to order a bunch of food compared to us who only had chicken nuggets, fries and a rt 44 cherry limeade. Those drinks are absolutely delicious 😋 by the way. I won't be going to this Sonic located on highway 46 because the service is long. They're really not that busy to be taking long to serve customers. This was the first time that happened at a Sonic. No I apologize for the long wait and thank you for patiently waiting. Like some courtesy would be nice.

pulled up at 10:43 and the guy at the drive thru said they were only serving drinks and ice cream. y’all don’t close till 11 but okay i get it :/ went down the street and served me my order all before 10:55.
