Third time I've been to this place, enjoyed the first two times. So placed two dinner orders for my wife and I. Orders were given (placed on the table) to another table. The customer put his folk into the order and realized that the order was not his, and asked for the order to be fixed (corrected as this was not what he had ordered), as he took the order back to the counter and handed back to the server. The server then realized that the order was my order and attempted to give me the order after both the other customer and the server had tried to remove items off the food. No apologies. No refund receipt just assurance that in up to five days we can expect refund.

Big, filling loaded spuds. Both of us ran out of topping before finishing the entire spud. At their reasonable prices that’s not a sin. I’d just pay another dollar or so for extra topping

If you get a baked potato at the Houston Carnival& rodeo, they barley put cheese. I even went back to ask for more and the lady was sorta rude and she even saw how there was no cheese.

I tried the brisket potato from this place and my gosh was it bad. First of all the service was so slow and then when I got my potato they messed it up 3 different times. When I finally got it the brisket was ice cold. I basically paid for a plain potato with a slap of cold brisket pieces on top. What a let down. Go elsewhere please.
