I went and asked for an Americano, I loved it and the attention of the staff is amazing, I was on a very exhausted day and one of their employees named Fernanda received me warmly and her kindness was amazing, keep hiring people who like to work like her! Very good service.

Was taken aback when my greeting at the counter was met with a disgusted and rude look. As I was ordering she walked away leaving me confused. I completed my order and waited for my drink which was made incorrectly and not blended. At this point I couldn’t tell if it was on purpose or if it was just complete negligence. They remade the drink for me but at this point I really didn’t want it even though I paid for it. Left feeling terrible about the interaction and lack of customer service. I don’t care how convenient this location is, I will not be back

TERRIBLE service. Ordered a tall drink no ice and the MANGER gave me a half filled drink because he said without ice this is how it is supposed to be, I called corporate because this is the ONLY Starbucks that has ever done that. Corporate said that was not true and refunded me. The manager is horrible. Would not recommend this place.

We just got a cappuccino at Starbucks - honestly, it's absolutely insulting! The milk is over steamed and completely burned and it's impossible to enjoy. The cup is half full, never seen anything aloke. I don't understand how a coffee can be messed up so badly!

Usually when I get my matcha latte they do a great job on it, but this time it didn’t even taste like matcha. It just tasted like milk and water. I am very disappointed but the service and atmosphere was great

Absolutely not. The 2 girls working today around 4pm was the worst customer service I have ever received. first off when i first walked up one girl told me to wait for the other and then let us wait 5mins for the other girl to get out of the bathroom. When I started to order all i wanted to do is replace a syrup with another and cold foam and they both acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. and then my boyfriend had a question about the nitro cold brew and she acted like he was the stupidest person ever. Kept rolling her eyes and looking at the other girl who was no help. Will tell everyone around me to avoid that place.
