Ed was not very friendly while making our sandwiches and salad. Ed was not conversation friendly, very dry…. he also wouldn’t allow us to separate our food to do two transactions. I was paying for my meals and my mother’s meal separately with her money and my card. He pointed to the cameras and said they wouldn’t allow it.

I got subway coupons in the mail today, so I took them to order a couple of sandwiches. Once I was ready to check out, they told me subway isn't taking coupons anymore 😭💔 Not the workers' fault, but Subway should really start advertising that & should uphold the current coupons they have.

My Sandwitch is made all wrong it’s not hot like I asked they threw pickles on it which I did not want and I asked for extra onions and didn’t get one onion. I called the store after I made it home and they don’t wanna pick up this is ridiculous

Ok, so corporate sends out coupons to get your attention. To then only tell their customers, sorry we are franchisee and we don't take coupons. We'll take your coupon and... Horrible way of doing business. Will never go to any SUBWAY in NB, because they are all the same. Thanks for letting me know your business concept is HORRIBLE!

Got two sandwiches, one had mold on it, called the store to let them know to check the rest of the bread, manager hung up on us. Called again trying to tell them we didn’t want a new sandwich or refund, just for them to check the bread, hung up on us again.
