Ed was not very friendly while making our sandwiches and salad. Ed was not conversation friendly, very dry…. he also wouldn’t allow us to separate our food to do two transactions. I was paying for my meals and my mother’s meal separately with her money and my card. He pointed to the cameras and said they wouldn’t allow it.

Great product and customer friendly. My favorite is the BMT, customized as always. You do have to stand in line, which is no big deal. The bread selection isn't published, and it's a problem for a novice and infrequent customer like myself. I always ask for a parmesan bun because I know that they have that. It's a staple no matter where I've lived.The people working there are great as well as the sandwiches and accommodating service. My only issue is that the...
