IDK who makes the schedules at this location, but they seriously need to rethink putting four kids on a shift. Came in and they asked if I was a DoorDash, I wasn’t and when I said I wasn’t they scoffed. They couldn’t decide who was gonna make the sandwich, and then they did, they made it completely differently than how they’re supposed to. For the cold cut combo the girl open the packaging that’s preset that you’re only supposed to sit on the sandwich and started taking the meat apart, she tried to put two of the 6 inch ones on a foot-long, which would be fine except one of them looked like it was multiple days old. They also didn’t cut my sandwich. I get their kids, but it’s a management issue for putting four kids on a shift, where is the adult?

Location has inconsistent opening times, web says one thing and the store has hand written signs saying when they actually open. The leadership here is weak if they can't open when they say they open.

The employees let other people that work in the area get free fountain drinks while making the customers pay. They do it right Infront of your face. They literally walk in with their own canisters and fill it was soda! I've seen it happen before I stopped going here.

The employees here are hit or miss, some are kind but most are young, uneducated employees with no respect. This location is the reason I stopped going to Subway altogether. Reading the reviews from this place indicated that I'm not the only one that feels this way. New leadership is needed if this place wants to compete with the many more lunch options in this area.

Bacon was raw and the franchise owner refuses to accept coupons has signs posted in a few places saying so. Also they ran out of white bread, chicken was not that great. Employees were kind and professional.

We showed up at 8:56 and the doors were locked and they wouldn’t serve us. They don’t close until 9pm. I only wanted one sandwich and it would have only taken maybe 3 mins. If you’re open until 9pm don’t close the doors at 8:56.

Dear Manger & Community I visit this Subway several time and Kodee, Kaylee, Madie have extreme customer service, all of them have smiles on their face, very polite, friendly, I also watch them work Together they have great team work and this location is very clean, the restroom is clean, what a wonderful atmosphere to eat and enjoy a meal, Kodee you go a extra mile with your service Thank you and the food is great I enjoy eating here, with your kind of service Success will follow you.

Just went there today, they no longer have any of the stuff they used to have, the meat is completely hidden from view so they can skimp even further, they don’t accept coupons…. Basically whoever owns this place is a few….. use your imagination…. Pennies short of being a person who gives a single solitary effort about customer service/satisfaction. Save your time & find a location who cares about you more. 😊

Rediculous this one location in town never participates in offers set by corporate. Great way to keep customers. Will be driving to another location 10 minutes away.
