When visiting this location, my wife and I were assisted by Colby. I think that Colby is one of the best employees that I have seen. Colby was very polite, respectful and very efficient. While finishing a previous order, Colby did not skip a beat and went right into asking us what we would like to order. Our sandwiches were made to perfection and in a very timely manner. Colby's customer service skills are amazing, and it is refreshing to see.

When there is a lady there the restaurant is good but when these two dudes one with tattoos and the other with curly hair are terrible at costumer service and doubt their job, they kept putting the wrong things in my sandwich and quoted me 4 different prices for a coupon they wouldn’t take. I ended up paying more per curly head manager and I said ok but I won’t be back if their shift is on.

Rude!! I have been to multiple subways my life and have done numerous pick up orders and have never hard to leave and come back with proof of my identity. I will never visit this location again due to the obnoxious power trip their employees are having with pick up orders. I gave you my name I told you what was in the order I should not be punished for placing the order on the computer and not an app that doesn't work correctly on my phone. I also found it odd that they don't indicate where you can do your online pick ups, most other subways have a sign that says online pick up order. I wasn't greated either and the employees seem bitter to be there. I also witnessed a door dasher walk in and he didn't need to present ID. I think this is discrimination because I used a coupon. Additionally the food wasn't good either, they literally skimped out on the steak and on my other sandwhich they only used 3 slices of ham on a footlong.
So want to go to subway visit a different one, unless you like bad service and bad food.

Today I went to pick up my sandwich that I ordered through the app it was around 12 I understand that they are in a rush and you have a lot orders and you get stressed I work in fast food and I know how stressful it is but the lady that served me I can't explain how horrible that lady was to me I got there and I was there waiting until they were free so they could give me my food I wasn't in a rush so I could wait!! the lady has tattoos and her hair is blonde okey so from the other side of the place she yelled at me why are you here are you a doordash or uber I told her i have a mobile order she yelled at me I need the confirmation number I understand there are people who steal food and she has to make the food again but yelling from the other side of the store what I want is very disrespectful and then there were a lot people watching her how she was talking to me and she came towards me and I showed her my phone so she could see the name and that I had placed the order so she can give me my food then she told me that she’s not going to give me my food because she needed the confirmation number btw they had never asked me for the confirmation number just the name so I didn't know where i can find it and I said I don't know what number until she pointed out what number it was and threw my food at me I'm not dramatic when I telling you that she literally threw my food at me and I was just like wow and I told her I still needed my cookie and my drink and she said grab it and I told her it is a cookie and a drink drink and that she had to give me she came back and grabbed and slammed the damn cup against the counter and my cookie oh my god I've had customers that are rude to me at my work but I was calm and I didn't want to bother the ladies because I knew they were busy but she doing that it's unacceptable I'm 20 and this is the first time I've done this because I know that people go through things and I don't want them to lose their jobs just because of some stupid thing but today was the worst day at subway that's ever happened to me please talk to her because you can't keep treating people just because she's stressed

The blond lady with a bunch of piercings was absolutely rude, terrible customer service, food is overall pretty wack too
Worst subway experience I think I’ve had. Love eating at subway, have even worked at one in Cibolo once, has always had nice staff and good food. Can’t really mess up subs right? When I got in there a lady with blond hair was rudely talking to these older ladies who obviously were having trouble hearing, she needed to learn some patience and kindness cuz her attitude was rude and uncalled for. For mine I ordered and she was rude the entire time, its customer service and she had no kindness in her voice. Unfortunately fore the much nicer lady who was originally putting veggies on sandwiches let the rude girl take over and went to checking people out. I asked for tomatoes and instead of putting them on she rut asked you don’t want any lettuce or spinach, and I did but like I know I’m picky but I asked for tomatoes first because I always have issues with them falling off if they’re on top of the lettuce. I asked for a bit more lettuce and she huffed, and u asked for extra olives and she’s ignored me. Asked again and she only added like 5 more olive slices. So I gave up and asked for a side of black olive from the nicer girl checking out. Blonde lady counted out like 8 olives and when I asked for more she rudely told me that it was enough and that she wasn’t gonna let me have any more. I get that they have serving amounts but like I like olives and every other person doesn’t have a problem. Maybe I wouldn’t be so upset if she wasn’t so rude through the entire experience but I’m serious made that I couldn’t have my sandwich the way I wanted it. Wish I could put her name but unsurprisingly she wasn’t in full uniform as she didn’t have a name tag on. Mentioned something g about correcting her staff since I said I’ve been there before with no problems, and if she the manager I’m sorry for her staff and think the corporate should reevaluate

I am a door dash driver and from the minute u enter you are addressed and spoken to as a criminal and with disdain and blatant rudeness. You are put in danger by forcing you to reveal personal info. I've reported employee and store as unsafe

Props to gentleman that helped me today (7/12 around 6:15). However manager or whoever was popping out to him ask, do you need help? Then she would literally stand there and wait for a response. He was too busy to evaluate and respond. She visibly saw 2 ppl waiting in line and pickup waiting that had not been started. Do better please, show initiative and be a team player. Because yes those of us waiting were frustrated, but not with him. He is only 1 person.
