Props to gentleman that helped me today (7/12 around 6:15). However manager or whoever was popping out to him ask, do you need help? Then she would literally stand there and wait for a response. He was too busy to evaluate and respond. She visibly saw 2 ppl waiting in line and pickup waiting that had not been started. Do better please, show initiative and be a team player. Because yes those of us waiting were frustrated, but not with him. He is only 1 person.

Colby was working alone tonight and had a TON of orders and he was so patient and thorough. I don’t agree with management only having one employee handling such high volume but Colby was amazing!

I gave it a try after reading the negative reviews only to find the service was very good. The team of 2 sandwich makers were very courteous and polite as well as very professional. Made great sandwiches and fast. We quite happy and gave them tip.

I observed other shoppers being serviced well as well. Establishment is very clean and organized Restroom also very clean. Keep it up.
