The food was awful. One of my taco supreme didn't have hardly anything in it but the two had alot more. It's almost like they missed one. The portions were so small, the taco supremes shells were the size of the value taco size. The smell of the place was sickening. Not sure what the smell was but it had a hint of vomit. We definitely will not go back there in New Braunfels or anywhere else.

Long story short. Got a meal for 2 and it wasn't very good. Called and got ahold of Maria the manager and she made it super easy. Remade our meal and was great. Can't always be great the first time, its how the wrongs are handled. Thank you Maria

Extremely disappointed went in between 3 and 5 pm 11/2/2025.Their was one guy in the lobby.I stood their for almost 10 minutes no hello no nothing just treated like I wasn't even there.I didn't know we had to use the machines completely.I thought a cashier might have been available.They still could've asked me if I needed anything.Finally after they finished their personal conversation and I ordered I waited for the guy in the back to finish his soda to get my cup it's on camera I said excuse me twice.One lady came in and actually left because she saw they were so inattentive to the customer.They just didn't care.When the drive thru guy finally got my cup he acted like I asked for alot.Then when my food was ready he threw the bag on the counter gave me a obligated mono tone emo style enjoy the rest of your day and walked away.Horrible service grow up fyi the taco was soak and wet fell completely apart!

I have no problem with the help jamming out but when their music has cuss words in it when I have a problem. I have a young child that should not be hearing those words.

Hate no one helps you, it's like I'm working harder than the employees. Then after I pay they tell me the drink I ordered isn't available, if someone worked the register they could have told me that before I paid almost four dollars for it. Throwback menus, should be Throwback to good service!

We went in today (Sept 10th) and one of the girls working there was laughing loudly about Charlie Kirks assassination. We canceled our order. The acting manager is very kind and helped refund my order.

Serving Tray had both dried and wet lettuce and beans on it when served. Soft tacos,one had zero cheese, all three had all the ingredients lined out in a row, not spread across the tortilla. Drinkcup had pieces of the tray trash spread on it. Drink machine is out of calibration. Woman in white glasses extremely rude. Will never eat at this store again. May not eat at any Taco Bell anywhere, for that matter.
