Long story short. Got a meal for 2 and it wasn't very good. Called and got ahold of Maria the manager and she made it super easy. Remade our meal and was great. Can't always be great the first time, its how the wrongs are handled. Thank you Maria
Serving Tray had both dried and wet lettuce and beans on it when served. Soft tacos,one had zero cheese, all three had all the ingredients lined out in a row, not spread across the tortilla. Drinkcup had pieces of the tray trash spread on it. Drink machine is out of calibration. Woman in white glasses extremely rude. Will never eat at this store again. May not eat at any Taco Bell anywhere, for that matter.
I think Albert the general manager runs this place very well for a couple of reasons. First of all my name is Albert which of course makes it sound like I’m biased, but I’m not. I’ve been going to Taco Bell is my whole life. I like this one for two reasons. First, the service is very fast compared to other taco because I’ve been to. Second, the bean burritos are still under two dollars here. In San Antonio. They’re over three dollars. So Albert keep up the great job.
