The food we got tonight was just absolutely horrible. The general tso chicken tasted like burnt plastic, the orange chicken lacked in flavor and the triple delight only had one shrimp in the combo.
The dinner portions are very small.

Omg the food is excellent. Fresh fresh fresh great food lived here for 4 ys and hasn't found a good Chinese restaurant in New Braunfels until now. I keep coming often now that I found this gem. You won't be appointed love it.

Unassuming from the street, but the food is pretty good. The interior is modern and clean. There is a good selection of dishes to choose from and the specials are solid values.

A friend and I came to Taipei Express for lunch, and I wanted to write this review for Jasmine. She was soo friendly, always smiling, and had such a great attitude (rare nowadays lol). She was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to be greeted with genuine kindness and positive energy in today’s world. Thank you, Jasmine, for making our visit extra enjoyable!!

I ordered food and they missed part of my ordered. I called the restaurant and they refused to address it and make it right. I called uber eats and they also never responded.
The restaurant told me because it’s been “x amount of time” there was nothing we can do even though I stayed on the phone with them as soon as I got my ordered (a total of 20mins) mind you I am from out of town and have no way of going to the restaurant and pick up any missing items. So I was left without dinner and honestly if I heard this from a customer I would’ve gone above and beyond but they just didn’t. I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again knowing it was their mistake and forgot to pack my entire order.

I have been here several times in last year, the service and food is not what it used to be. Management needs to take lessons on how to treat a customer and check out person needs to learn her job. I came back one more time to see if things were better, but never again!

I had the vegetable noodles to go, where are the veggies, 1 small mushroom, 2 broccoli and a few other veggies, 5 % veggies, 95% noodles for 14 bucks, 1st and last time to visit

Love the food. Always very clean and the service is great. But, the music is too loud and suited more for younger people. Turn it down and play something that customers would recognize. Other than the music, best Asian food in town!
