Texas Roadhouse

Worst experience ever. Made a reservation through the app, and it didn't register. Got to the restaurant and was an 1.5 hour wait. Music on the patio is so loud you cannot have a conversation. Don't know about the food, didn't want to wait. Disappointed does not state my displeasure of how this place is ran. Will probably not return. New location and not a good experience. Also Tried to dine on the 27th, and it was over 2 hour wait. Was told to make a reservation via the app, but that was also a fail.

We went on a Tuesfay night and there was a crowd, but not a really long wait. The food was wonderful. We had an excellent waitress and the whole experience was very good.

Wait times are to be expected, as they are with any Texas Roadhouse I ever been to… our food was amazing. Our server, Jacque, was friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable! Great job for only being open for a few weeks. It takes time to workout kinks in a newly opened restaurant. We will be back for sure!!!

I had made a reservation for 10 people they told me it would be an hour wait, I said ok no problem. An hour later I went back and they told me I was never on the waitlist and that I would have to wait another hour and a half. Christy was the manager.

I just wanna say do better Texas roadhouse in new Braunfels tx. The service that was provided tonight from the waiter was good the food horrible experience. We had a party of eight we placed our order all on one ticket so we would get it all at the same time. Instead, someone lost my plate of food, took them another 30 minutes to make the food. Everybody was already finished at my table, so I was sitting there with no food while everybody else was eating.. Then on top of that, we had to wait another 1520 minutes for them to wrap the food up. Then I get home so I could finally eat my food that I didn’t get to eat with my family. I get home and it’s not what I ordered at all.. But yet our server said she got it together herself after awaiting 30 minutes for it to be re-cooked.

Do better Texas roadhouse because now I’m here wanting to eat food that I paid for and it sucks because I can’t even eat the food that I paid for because I didn’t get what I paid for.

So do better!! Because this is ridiculous if I wanted horrible service, I would’ve went to outback or something but no, I chose Texas roadhouse because I know it’s good food but when I don’t get the food that I ordered and I had to wait 30 minutes and I didn’t get to eat with my family because somebody lost my food and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be packaged and then I get home and it’s a whole other food I didn’t order!

So do better Texas roadhouse this is ridiculous

Whoever replies to the Google reviews should be fired. Auto-replying with no emotions and not genuine. Even Burger Boy has better online guest care. Get on to it Texas Roadhouse. Step it up a notch and find someone better.

Just got back from. TEXAS ROADHOUSE, The food was amazing but our server Alonso was top notch! We went around 5:30 wait time was very reasonable like 25 minutes

Although it was a long (1 hour) wait for a table on a Friday evening, the service provided by the staff was really good, one of the best experiences I have had at a TX Roadhouse. Thank you.

Jonah was the best server I’ve ever had and would probably buy you a Lamborghini. I’m all seriousness though he’s genuanly such a nice dude and and really made our whole experience great.

Chloe and Jason were absolutely amazing! My son and his friends had Jason and at our separate table we had Chloe, she was so sweet and very attentive the whole night! Kept up with our refills and our orders. Food was all great, we were so stuffed after the desserts. We waited for our tables about 30min. And food didn’t even take long. Our only issue that night was the table we were given was in direct path of the AC vent which caused our food to get cold so quickly! Our appetizers and food was cold right away after they were brought out to us… we did speak to management but there wasn’t much she could do she said. We were cold as well so we just had to wear our jackets the entire time. In the video you can see how fast the AC was blowing at our table.
My son and his friends sat separately cause they were celebrating his birthday. They had no issues Jason was great!

This is hands down the best location we’ve been to! Even being super busy, the staff were friendly and service was amazing.
Our server Gabi was wonderful and when we had a slight snag, Katie (the service manager) noticed and fixed it immediately.
This location is new and clean, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there.
