This place has the most amazing gluten free bread and goodies made fresh and local. Those with celiac, especially, this company is a godsend. Such a blessing. So happy we found them and their amazing products. These products are so delicious, they are NOT just for people who need gluten free, they are for anyone and everyone who wants delicious breads and treats.
I LOVE this place. Having celiac it’s an absolute dream. The owners are warm and friendly and everything tastes great!!! I greatly appreciate their Covid protocols as well, their focus on safety is stellar. Will stop by any time I’m in NB and they are open.
This is still my go to place to have a nice gluten free baked good that I can trust. The lovely owners are so kind and have tons of options. Worth the drive if you live far away but call ahead to make sure they have what you are looking for. They are popular!
Absolute best gluten free bakery around. Possibly the best bakery around period, allergens or no.
Finding a bakery with gluten free items and vegan items is hard to find. This bakery is wonderfully delicious and super friendly! They have my business for life.
Awesome goodies! Wonderful owners! So sweet and helpful, always! My daughter has celiac and this is our go to place for homemade bakery goodies for her :) We’ll be back again and again!
We have a lot of food allergies in our family (two of us have 6 of the top 8 food allergies), so out of necessity we do a good deal of cooking from scratch using specialty ingredients. It's such a luxury to have a bakery in town where we can buy a few things - and everything tastes sooo good! We appreciate that they've always worked hard to accommodate our dietary needs while using quality ingredients (which I know from first hand experience is expensive!), and yet their prices are reasonable. On top of all of that, they are kind people - so go check them out!
Great Gluten free bakery!
This place is a gem. Like Chocolat’s shop in real life but a bakery and her name is Ruby not Vianne. I am gluten free but every time I have brought delicious treats home and to friends they don’t ask if it’s gluten free, they ask if there is a bakery close by they can go to but thankfully New Braunfels isn’t far and would be worth the trip from anywhere.Delicious, beautiful, thoughtful, locally sourced ingredients when available, has custom orders, And dairy free options!
I don't even have a gluten intolerance, and I love this place. I first started going here to get baked items for my wife, who is gluten intolerant, and quickly decided that I liked many of their goods better than the stuff from the traditional bakeries in the area. Everything is good here, but our personal favorites are the scones and the various breads. They have different scones each week, and they are often made with the fresh seasonal fruits that are available. I beleive they try to use organic when possible . Our personal bread favorites are the loaves af Buckwheat Chestnut Bread and the Olive Rolls. The Baguettes are also great if you want a crunchier french style bread. They have various cakes, cookies and cupcakes as well, and they are all delicious. This is a small family business, and they make you feel like family when you go there. We are very lucky to have a bakery like this in New Braunfels.

I and my daughters have Celiac disease and it is difficult to find tasty bakery items. Having a dedicated gluten free bakery that makes such wonderful great tasting goods so close is a godsend. The owners are also wonderful people.
i like it but the gosh darn bathroom door dont close and a blond child walked up to me and wanted money
This is the best gluten free bakery. I have tried gluten free pastries from many places and the taste is not as delicious as Red Oak Bakery goods.
Beautiful, delicious treats and breads, all gluten-free, some dairy-free, and even some grain- free. Owner/Baker is very aware of allergy issues.
When I first went gluten free, this was the first place I went and literally walked out crying because it was the best food I’ve ever had!
