While on the outskirts of New Braunfels, this charming and unexpected find is worth the few extra minutes it takes to get there. By far the best pizza I have found, and this is coming from a pizza connoisseur from the north east. Surprisingly charming decor and exceptional service, with outstanding drinks (their expresso drinks are second to none) and a team who seem to be very dedicated to customer service! Highly recommend!

The Weighted Plate is amazing! The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better. The food and drinks are fantastic — I especially loved their cocktails with egg whites (don’t worry, you can’t taste the egg, it just adds a nice frothy texture on top). It’s so rare to find places that offer that!
I ordered the Country Breakfast and the Raspberry Sour, and both were excellent....
