It was a heavy set Caucasian female who made my experience horrible. Gave me attitude and called herself raising her voice at me because she tried to be fast and make multiple subs at the same time, and had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end. Jersey mikes is my new go to spot ?

ThunderCloud Subs is an awesome spot for fresh, made-to-order hoagies and subs! They serve big portions, and if you’re gluten-free, you can even go without the roll, which is a nice option. They really load up the subs, so you’ll likely have leftovers to enjoy later. Prices are great for what you get. The location is a bit small, but it’s easy to find and parking is convenient. This place really puts other sub shops to shame, especially if you’re craving something better. Definitely recommend getting the Big Paul—it's a favorite!

Food was good but the service was an opportunity the guy with long curly hair glasses made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I work in the food industry and understand having to take care of guest can be difficult during a relationship sh but it was slow. If the service the matched food it would have been a 5. The 4 was generous I think.

5-STARS!!! The only problem with ThunderCloud Subs is that there are not any in the Houston area, where I need them! I have eaten these sandwiches for thirty years, and they are the BEST!

We have been here several times now. And we have enjoyed a great sandwich and Smoothie every time. Think we have just about tried every smoothie on the menu and we have our favorites but they were all good. And the various sandwiches have every time been filled with great substance. Meat and cheese are not skimped on here (like other sub places). We have both dined in and take out. Plus internet order was great too. Fresh ingredients. A Great Find for A Sandwich meal. Prices are reasonable too. A Value for your money. (Now With high prices and shrinkflation)...If you want to go out for a bite to eat and spend money on food, go here. Not a lot of places that gives both a fresh tasty product with substance on a sandwich and reasonable price. On those hot days, the Fresh Fruit smoothies are really a treat too! You can watch them make your smoothie too! As well as watch them make your sandwich.

Parking: large parking lot. Easy to get into and out of.

The food is always great.
The service was absolutely terrible.
Upon entering the two girls working the counter seemed unpleasant about having a guest in the establishment.
I ordered two sandwiches nothing crazy. She forgot what came on The Club sandwich and the California club. She also didn’t ask me any questions, like if I wanted to add anything to my sandwiches. I stated multiple times what I wanted to add and she still didn’t put it on there. The painful conversation led me to just dealing with the fact that what I wanted would be in fact not what I was getting.
If you are okay with sub par customer service and a decent sandwich here is your spot.

The 2 young guys manning the shop provided the BEST customer service, absolutely 5 stars there. My sandwich was tasty, made to order, no qualms. I’d never eaten there before so the finely shredded lettuce was interestingly odd but ok. The shop itself is dingy and could use a refresh. Everyone who came in was promptly greeted and served and left happy. Good job to the employees, shop owner could do better regarding the appearance of the place. Also it’d be nice if toasting the bread was an option.
