This place is UNCLEAN, I was standing in line while 1 employee made sandwiches. To pass the time, I started watching the other employee who was prepping and loading containers. He was not wearing gloves. This would not have been too bad, but he kept touching his face and even appeared to rub out a few eye boogers. He undid his ponytail and redid it to keep his appearance sharp while stocking the lettuce. I bolted because I had seen enough of this biohazard.

I grew up eating thundercloud and wanted to have it while I was in town visiting. Although I still love this place in general I was pretty disappointed by the food today. I ordered a California club and the guacamole was brown. The potato salad was half mayonnaise and had potatoes that were brown all over / looked oxidized. The garden salad was around 25% wilted. The broccoli cheese soup was runny and Luke warm, and the tiny bits of broccoli in it looked bad. Thundercloud is usually amazing so maybe this location was just having a bad day? The atmosphere is great and the service was good, just the food was not nearly as nice as it usually is at thundercloud.

Went for the first time ever tonight and I won’t be back. I’m sure some locations must be better, but here all the sandwiches were very soggy, didn’t taste good, and I almost broke a tooth on something hard in mine! Service was unfriendly, as someone who has never been in, there was no direction on pick up and no one volunteered any info. Not good.
