Tipsy Cow Ice Cream

I had the Bailey’s Salted Caramel Adult ice cream. It was as delicious! The staff were super friendly. It’s worth the drive from Austin!

Supper amazing staff supper relatable and honestly made the experience wonderful and would strongly recommend this to lactose people they have more dairy free options then even big name companies and it is so refreshing especially the shark bite flavor loved it

I have been wanting to go to this place for years after I first saw a tiktok about them around 5 years ago. I finally got to go and the ice cream was delicious, all the staff was friendly, and the store is in a very nice location. The outside tables were pretty much full of people, so just be ready for them to be busy. Wonderful experience, would totally recommend going.

It was a little toasty outside, so while celebrating Mother’s Day with my wife, we stopped in for some ice cream. The Cookie Monster flavor was AMAZING! Definitely coming back for more. Great customer service as well.

Tipsy Cow Ice Cream is an absolute hidden gem. The kids loved it, my wife loved it, and honestly, I couldn’t help but love it too. The homemade ice cream is top tier rich, creamy, and clearly made with care. This place really delivers “homemade ice cream at its finest.” Everything we tried was delicious and left us wanting to come back for more.

If I could make one humble request to the Tipsy Cow team: please consider adding Rum Raisin to the menu. It’s my favorite flavor, and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere lately. I know it would be a hit!

Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.

We had a long drive from the border with lots of traffic thru San Antonio. Arrived to New Braunfels to a family event and had to stop, stretch and get a well deserved Adult ice-cream and the kids a kid-friendly ice-cream. 1st time we've tried it and now it's definitely part of our stop in New Braunfels. ❤️

This New Braunfels small business rocks! Quality shakes and drinks! My personal favorite and new addiction is the Mudslide Milkshake! You truly have to try it if you are a chocolate fan! The owner and his crack crew of staff are superb! I highly recommend!

Yummy flavors. Really enjoyed the adult options. The banana fosters and Bailey's salted caramel are my favorite.

Best ice cream, bar none. I prefer the adult flavors and have yet to taste a bad one. Super well blended. My recs are Irish Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Bourbon & Brown Sugar. Treat yourself!

I’m giving 2 stars because our previous visits were pleasant and we really enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, this visit was very different.
We came in on March 29th around 3:15 PM. There were three girls working behind the register. The girl who took our order was friendly at first. We ordered our usual—two small ice creams and a shake (Cookie Monster), which we always enjoy from this place.
However, what we received was disappointing. The shake was very watery, with no chunks at all, and it didn’t have whipped cream. When I mentioned that we had requested whipped cream, the staff said they didn’t have any—even though they had just asked us during ordering if we wanted it and confirmed it.
It was surprising that an ice cream shop would run out of whipped cream in the middle of the day. On top of that, the staff’s attitude felt indifferent, which made the experience even worse. Honestly, the overall experience made it feel like good service was only expected if we left a large tip, which was disappointing.
Because of this experience, we don’t plan on coming back.

The ice cream I ordered tasted great. I ordered a waffle cone with brownies and cookies and cream.

I’ve seen the videos on the socials about this place, so when I saw it across from my hotel, I knew what I was having for lunch lol. It was exceptional. High quality ice cream, I had the pecan pie, and it was filled with nice spice pieces of pecans. The bourbon flavor I was worried about if it would be to strong. It was magical. Somehow it’s mixed in like the fixings so you don’t get it with every single bite. I don’t know how they do it, but the wife agreed, it’s magic.

Ice cream tasted great! Would definitely come again!
