Waited 25 minutes in the drive through to get 2 things. Once we got our large order of fries, it was not even full. With food cost rising and quality of food decreasing, at this point Support local small businesses.

Bought 2 salads and a baked potato. No dressing for either salad and no topping for baked potato. What is wrong with you people??? Tried to call number listed and it was out of order. Did you not pay the bill? Also I would have sent you a picture of the receipt but you didn't give me one. Absolute fail!!!

The Personnel from this restaurant are very rude I have a bad attitude to attend customers .I don't know if they know that they have a job because customers come and purchase their food. Very bad service

This place is a mess, their system is down all the time, no one has ever answered a phone there since opening. The service is the equivalent of asking a toddler to solve a calculus equation. And management seems non-existent on a good day. Just avoid, it will save you both calories and a headache.

On my way to work. Usually they take about 5-7 mins. Pulled in drive thru 7:06am. Only customer. Cashed out at 7:08 am. Was told to pull forward. 7:18 am still no order. Proceeded to go inside to get refund. Obviously they weren't prepared to start breakfast or was taking their time. Cashier spent an abnormal amount of time pushing buttons and acting like they dont know how to give a refund . Had to leave due to incompetence with no order. Will be contacting corporate or whoever owns this location as well as the area and regional management.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Annette was super rude. Hurried me out the window. Didn’t even give me napkins and had attitude when I asked for some as well as for BBQ that wasn’t in the bag. I had originally asked for some. Visiting in town and never again. Horrible service.

Couldn't get my order correct after countless times trying to tell them, everything I said went into one ear and out the other the manager wasn't at all paying attention to a single thing I said, I ordered one thing and she put down something completely different to what I just asked for.

Tonight was our last night coming to this location. Food is consistently cold even though we live 2 minutes down the road. While the order was right this time, my husband just had to spit out his burger because of MOLD on the bun! Now he’s having to go back to the restaurant to deal with it. If yall are missing MOLD on food that is clear as day, how clean is that kitchen? Makes me think nothing in that kitchen is clean. Just avoid! It’s not worth it.

My bacon Ater had one strip of bacon in it and they told me that’s the way it comes if I want more bacon, I would have to buy it, but it clearly is one strip of bacon. I wish I could take a picture and post this because this is ridiculous online it says they’re supposed to be six strips of bacon. Also staff was very rude and unwilling to resolve this issue. The meat was overcooked like they had it sitting there for a while and decided to serve it when someone came along. I We never eat at this location again and urge others never to eat there

If we could give it a zero star we would. The food was so old and cold. We sat in the drive through for a few minutes before anyone even answered the intercom. I don't expect 5 star from a fast food restaurant but I do expect something edible.
