I have used this Whataburger for 15 years. I know for a fact that this is the poorest performing Whataburger in all of corporate and nothing they do fixes it. Drive thru averages 25-40 minutes and the order is wrong above 50% of the time. It is still so busy due to the lack of options on this side of town and we all just accept the pain it causes every time you go. Esp on Sunday when a Restaraunt next door is closed. If you have time…go somewhere else.
Back a two weeks later. No change. Lost the order took my card inside to recreate and charge. 4 cars behind me left before I got food. Employee acted tlike it was my fault.

Got stuck in a 15 min drive thru line. Register clerk messed up the transaction. Waited some more. Got home and they left off half the order. Skip this place and go to Chick-fil-A or McDonald's - they're bith right next door.

Good food but sometimes the service can be a little slow.
They’re really great at giving you what you order. Seems like a standard but a lot of fast food around the area can’t consistently fulfill orders on the first try. They also give you the sauces you ask for unlike the popular chicken place just down the road that everyone likes for some reason.
4 stars on food only because the food is not that fresh and/or warm. Probably 50-50 odds.
