They’re really great at giving you what you order. Seems like a standard but a lot of fast food around the area can’t consistently fulfill orders on the first try. They also give you the sauces you ask for unlike the popular chicken place just down the road that everyone likes for some reason.
4 stars on food only because the food is not that fresh and/or warm. Probably 50-50 odds.

The Monterey Melt needs to be a permanent addition to the menu. Phenomenal service was well.
We placed an order for curbside pickup, and we went to the wrong Whataburger. We spoke to the manager on the phone and he cooked us some fresh food and made us new drinks because they were watered down. The manager went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate what he did for us!
I give this place zero stars for the fact that my hamburger patty had to have been cooked several days before it was so damn dry and so damn hard it was horrible. I called and spoke to someone about it and basically total that it wasn't just their store it's almost every place that I go that is a Whataburger. So I told him I would rather go to In-N-Out and p Terry's cuz at least their burgers are fresh. And he also lost a customer for the second time.
