I'm one of those folks who like and do leave positive reviews when restaurants deserve it. First the positive: The staff here were very nice, accommodating and answered the questions I had...no issues there. Secondly, the food was not what I remembered from the Which Wich's I ate at four years ago. Our sandwiches were tasteless...from the mealy white bread to the guacamole, lettuce and mushrooms. The only thing that allowed me to even eat it was the pesto (which was flavorful). Thirdly, and most importantly, this had to be the FILTHIEST restaurant we've been to in a long time! The floors were disgusting and caked with dirt. The chairs and their backs were stained with black dirt, the ladies restaurant was again, disgusting. The area where the sandwiches were prepared looked okay and the tabletop seemed clean. My order was a carryout, thankfully, but I got the heebie-jeebies just sitting and waiting for my sandwiches to be prepared...it is that bad. I suggest that the owners open their eyes and take a look around at how gross and negligent their restaurant is. I will be reporting them to their corporate office and Board of Health!

I basically got a wedge of very dry bread and some skimpy meat and cheese and vegetables in it. It was supposed to be their “wicked” sando but I was left wicked disappointed ☹️ on the plus the sandwich was huge, but idk if that qualifies because it was all dusty old bread.

Very bad customer service. Asked for subs with everything on it. What I got instead was just a sub with meat with no toppings in it.

The people working the registers do not assist customers or informed the customers about how their system works.

I see this place as a waste of money .

The smell of burnt grease was so strong in made me feel queasy. Every table was dirty and the place was empty so it’s not like they were too busy to clean.

Service and food were so-so. It felt very dirty.

Wouldn't even let us in the building. The doors were locked a half hour before they closed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The doors should be left unlocked until the posted closing time.

Sorry, no points here. How can you mess up a simple Italian sandwich? What I got was a terrible sandwich and it's so bad I can't tell what the "meat" is. Certainly nothing like what I ordered. It'll be a while before I come back...

Restroom and restaurant had tons of live and dead crickets in it.

Updated to 4 stars because the sandwich was great. But please pick up the crickets!

Unfortunately this was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. I ordered the Roast Beef, only had 2 skimpy pieces of beef, very dry. Several items left off my sandwich that were checked on the bag. The fries were decent. Not sure I’ll give this place another try.

Food is ok but they need to make it cheaper. Subway is cheaper. If they were the same price as Subway they would win. But for now they are 2nd.
