First time trying this place. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waitress never checked on us, we had to go to the bartender for a water refill. The bartender looked like she hated her job with a passion so rude. She never smiled once while waiting on customers. Our waitress was too busy trying to hang out with the cook at the window we literally had to waive her down just to get our ticket. Also she brought the food left and never came back till we waved her down. She also didn’t apologize for us having to get our own water. The place was dead that should’ve been our sign to turn around immediately. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I can’t wait to yelp them as well!!!!

I was in from out of town and decided to try out this place for the Texans/Ravens game. Big mistake as you could tell the manager had no control of staff. Don’t get me wrong the place is set up nice for watching games. Ordered a drink from bar and never received it. Ordered buffalo shrimp and they were literally drowning in a pool of buffalo sauce and cold. Part of the wait staff were hanging out at the bar drinking including my waitress as she clocked out half way through serving us. New waitress was only available for to go boxes and bill. New staff checking in to work showing up in PJs and then starts to work behind bar. Then proceed to brush her hair behind the bar in front of customers and never pins hair back. I was there ready to watch the whole game and drink but I could not even get my first drink, luckily I still had my cup of ice with no water, so I could still suck on the ice for hydration. Bill was about $76 but could have been more had the service and food been better. I left before half time and went down the road.

Dear Kiersten. If you hate your job so much please find one you will enjoy. We have been wanting to dine at this restaurant for years since first seeing it being built when we passed through several years ago. Finally traveling through this beautiful area again we got to. Kiersten never once smiled, looked annoyed she had to work and never offered simple things like asking if I need a water since I ordered an alcoholic beverage. All waitresses were leaning against the counter on their phones. The hostess was the only one smiling and pleasant that evening. Not sure where management was. I hate to see this business in such trouble. We did not tip well at all due to service being so horrible. A tip is something that should be earned. Why would I tip for you being on your phone and so unfriendly? The establishment was not busy at all. Unsure if we will ever try this place again.

I feel like I got scammed. Cold, dry, gross, shrunken, baby sized boneless chicken. They were somehow cold when they brought them right out of the kitchen. And barely any sauce on them. They even tasted like dirty grease, couldn't get through 2 pieces before being disgusted by the taste. Really disappointing for a place that supposedly specializes in selling chicken. Worst wing place I've ever tried.

Our waitress Violet was absolutely great. Our issue was when my husband tried to put salt on his food and it didn't come out, we opened ours to find rust mixed with the salt. I grabbed 3 off of other tables around us and they had the same thing. The woman managing on duty already seemed to know about the issue and even seemed upset we brought it up, which is absolutely disgusting and completely negligent. The man who came to speak to us after actually seemed to show remorse and concern. We went at 8 in the evening so I can only imagine how many people used those through out the day not knowing what they were putting in their food.

Brittany, their manager, gave us top notch service. She went above and beyond to make certain that our order was resolved quickly and efficiently after it was placed incorrectly by our server. Brittany exemplifies what customer service ought to be. She has a friendly and extremely professional demeanor which is highly needed in the restaurant industry. Not all restaurant employees possess the energy and shine that Brittany showed us the entire time we were there. Skip the "other" wing establishments and come to Wing Daddy's. We love the smoked naked wings. Ask for Brittany so you can experience firsthand what genuine customer service is truly about. You won't regret it.?Parking: Spots are right next to the restaurant.

If you want wings don’t come here . They changed their vendor again apparently . The wings “ if you call them that “ looked like dehydrated bones . I will not be returning here for wings ever again . For the price I paid . It would have taken 20 of their wings to equal a full portion . That’s how tiny they were .they should of paid me to eat here . quite irritated . They were great couple months ago .

I really try not to bash businesses publicly but this I couldn’t help. I’ve been in the area for 5+ years and have heard terrible things about this place, so I avoided it. Just recently, I decided to try it out once and for all… big mistake.I went through and read a lot of the reviews here, most are spot on but a lot aren’t. So wanted to clarify the GOOD things first. 1) our server was awesome, very attentive and enjoyable. 2) the bathrooms were very clean and updated 3) the atmosphere is great. Would be nice to have another sports bar / wing place in NB.Now for the bad: the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. The wings I got were absolutely dripping in grease. The dry rub that I got looked like someone haphazardly sprinkled it on top the wings once and moved on. Only 1 side of the wings has any seasoning on it at all. The “wet” wings I got were better but still, you can taste the lack of effort by the kitchen staff. The menu looked great and had a nice variety, but seeing how this is a “wing place” and their wings are absolutely terrible, why would I try anything else?? My 2 cents though, try for yourself if you dare.

Waited over an hr..When 1st got there was told by woman in front..We only have 1 cook..n 2 servers..take a seat on those side chairs..Well for over an hr we sat there..We were never spoken to again..16 people walked in after us.. n left ..NO MGR..NO WAITRESS..NOBODY CAME OVER TO TELL US SOMETHING..ANYTHING..You have got to be kidding..over 10 big TV's with both Texas teams playing..n other games going on..n you have 1 cook..n 2 servers..RIDICULOUS..We were passing thru..n still needed 5 hrs to go..N we wasted 1 hr there..NEVER AGAIN..N WILL TELL MY FRIENDS N RELATIVES THAT LIVE AROUND THAT AREA..
