I’ve given this Wingstop more chances than I can count, but every single time it’s something new that goes wrong. I keep hoping they’ll get it together, but I end up disappointed all over again.
This time, the corn looks like someone either dropped the whole lid of seasoning on it or decided “more is more” and went wild. Completely overseasoned and barely edible.
I really wanted to keep supporting this spot, but the consistency just isn’t there. Every visit feels like a gamble — and I’m tired of losing
Needless to say, I should’ve waited to fill out the review they are currently running. It would’ve been more accurate after I received my food.
The drive to shertz wing stop is still my Preferred stop.
Like my wife said, you can clearly see the issue, yet choose to close the lid package it and send you off on your way!!

Over two hours for an online order just to get ignored at the counter for 20 minutes. I am done with this location. Service is laughable. People just standing around while the lobby is packed full. Paid $45, left without being acknowledged, left without food and now I have to fight for a refund. I will be calling corporate. Drive to San Marcos or Seguin for better service and better food.

Terrible service....long wait and try to make you feel guilty about expecting the order when THEY promise a time THEY exceed by triple! Very rude and non-apologetic

If you know your orders for walk ins are going to take 58 minutes, you should let your customers know before they order. Instead of holding them hostage cause they already paid. But manager was very attentive to update and also dang the food is good.

This is by far the WORST Wingstop I have ever patronized. Orders consistently take double (& sometimes even triple) the amount of time that is originally communicated. On top of that, the service is ATROCIOUS. They will literally cancel your order after a 1.5 - 2 hour wait with zero explanation. And if, by some act of God, you actually *do* get your order- it will almost always be incorrect or poor quality! It never fails. We've given this place multiple chances and at this point, we're done.

Tried to call in an order and was placed on hold. Decided to see how long they would let me sit on hold. The answer is around 30 minutes before they just hang up on you. During the time I was waiting I drove to the location and was ignored by one employee and all but turned away by the next. Got back in my car. Drove to Wings and Rings (which is better anyways) placed an order and received my food and then got back into my car. I thought I might make it home and still be on hold but then they picked up and hung up on me. Don’t know if anyone connected with the store will see this but yall need to work out some issues.

This is my final stop with Wingstop, specifically the location on Walnut Ave. in New Braunfels, TX. I have repeatedly had issues with this location, and my most recent visit was the final straw.
I placed a simple online order and was given a pickup time of 21-26 minutes. After arriving, I waited an additional 57 minutes past the promised time. Once I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong—a significant part of the order was missing.
I immediately drove back to the restaurant. When I arrived, there were three other customers also waiting with incorrect orders. I politely asked to speak with the manager, but she was too busy to come to the front. The associate told me the manager would not be able to provide a refund and remake the order; I could only have one or the other. When the manager finally came to the counter, she was agitated. I explained the situation and mentioned that I would be leaving a public review if the issue was not resolved. She refused to address my concerns and simply took my information, stating that the general manager would call me.
The general manager called and offered nothing but excuses, even mentioning it was only her third day. She was unable to provide a resolution, so I asked to speak with the next level of management. I received my refund a day later, but the experience was completely unacceptable.
The issues at this location are chronic, from the excessive wait times to the consistent mistakes with orders and the poor customer service from management. I hope others will read this and choose to take their business elsewhere. This location is a 1-star establishment that clearly does not value its customers.

MAKE ANOTHER WINGSTOP IN NEW BRAUNFELS TEXAS. This wingstop EVERYTIME I come is jammed pack. My order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes before it was finally handed to me. NOT ONLY THAT. THE GUY MAKING THE WINGS IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. He lets himself get completely soaked in wing sauce. I mean entire shirt is soaked in wing sauce. He is a large man and stirs the wings (in the bowl) ON HIS STOMACH THAT IS SOAKED IN WING SAUCE. Its disgusting thinking how long that wing sauce has been on his shirt while he sauces my wings.
