Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Eating here was the best advertisement for Raising Cane's that I've ever experienced. 30 min wait and $14 for four overcooked, lukewarm tenders, 15 fries, and cold, chewy toast. No napkins, no sauce. Not going to make this mistake again.

They honestly get my order wrong almost every time I come here. Why offer a great sweet and spicy sauce if your employees appearantly don't know it exists?

And still charging me for it is ridiculous. I'm done with ya'll.

Wife and I ate here for the first time ever on August 15 2024 for lunch and we both got sick that night from eating the food we think I was food poisoning will never eat here again the food was disgusting anyways

August 15 afte 2 pm I went to Zaxby's for the first time ever and guess what I got food poisoning that food has no flavor and the food poisoning was the cherry on top there was also mold on the ice I will be contacting store management cause I want my 40$ back I didn't order food poisoning

To Zaxbys…. You guys have got to give the young man Mr jay a raise or recognition , we had a young lady take our order and dang near run off after , Mr jay came up to the window and said i would like to apologize as we are short staffed it will be a little while but i am so sorry for the current wait would you guys like extra sauce or anything else i can be of service for you guys ? And than in the end of our wait he gave us 2 cookies i know i know nothing crazy huge but the respect the over all
Principle this young man knew how to keep situations at calm and go above and beyond with a here you go for your wait he served us conveniently mr jay will go far with his character .

This was my first time at Zaxby's, which I had been looking forward to checking out. I ordered the tacos, which looked great on the menu board. What I received was very disappointing. The chicken was about 1/ 2 the width of the tortilla. There was barely any lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments. I ended up adding all contents into 1 tortilla. The food was barely even warm.

They were friendly enough, food is alright they did mess up my order and ended up charging me more and not fixing it, but it was only a dollar 29 so not horrible enough to make a big deal over. Saw a cockroach at the front door tho that was still twitching, not my best experience.

Food is always good. Customer service is always good. Inside is awesome only thing bad is the wait time sometimes. A soda machine with every drink you can imagine overall a good place to eat

It was decent. Shrimp better than expected. Wings were ok thought the Sweet and Spicy had zero spice. Tenders yeah decent.
