Drove all the way from Tarkington to pick up an order of Ramen. Get home and there is absolutely zero flavor, two pieces of meat and a half an egg. 16$ for some noodles with flavorless broth. Definitely won’t be back

Great food! No distubances or anything of the sort. Very sweet waiter who wasn’t shy of conversation!

Writing review based on service alone. I walked in and received absolutely no help. Sat at the bar waiting for food once I told an employee my name for the order, waited another 10 minutes and my food had been sitting there the whole time.. Discovered after someone had finally come up to ask if I’d been helped.

The food is pretty good their flavor profile overall great , and the menu items are plentiful! But the service here is lacking, it’s too slow and they need to be more proactive with their customers and staff, the atmosphere is bit dirty in my opinion I think they should add more lighting too because it’s too dark and dank.

The 3 stars is for the service, but I didn’t enjoy the food. The Takoyaki sauce was overwhelmingly sweet, I always have Takoyaki at places like this, but this time it was simple too much. The Tonkotsu broth didn’t have much flavor. I just felt like it was too Americanized compared to other places.

This was my first time in this restaurant and the service was wonderful. The young lady took the time to explain the menu to me and by her patience and a great smile, helped me to decide what I wanted. The food was so delicious. I really enjoyed the broth in my 72 hour steak bowl. The beef was really so tender.

Parking: The pork bao was delicious

The food here is honestly amazing! Unfortunately, both times I have gone, the service has been terrible. Very unprofessional. Because of that, I will not be back.
It was a young girl, wearing an oversized hoodie, both times. Didn't look professional. But also wasn't on top of drinks and checking in.

I got the spicy chicken ramen, it was not the greatest. Could’ve been better. It was the first time I got spinach on my ramen not mad at it.

Vegetarian options: The place was very busy, might go back to try something different.

Parking: If you go on a weekend like I did, it was very busy and we had to park at the very back.

Great food and great service! Food was fast and delicious! It was better than the other big name ramen or sushi spots that I've been to.

Male waiter was very nice, but the overall experience by remaining staff was less than desirable. Upon walking into restaurant, several ladies standing around most with mean girl energy like they did not want to be working. We had to greet them by saying hello first. The chicken “breast” meat on orange chicken was a nasty chewy texture. It appeared stretchy and fatty. The outside flavor of sauce was acceptable, but not sure what type of chicken meat they use. The fried rice & miso soup were tasty, but the orange chicken entree we couldn’t stomach even one entire piece. I cut into several pieces to see if texture happened to be the one piece but confirmed it was the entire entree. Garlic edamame was mediocre, greasy sauce. Waiter said they use real crawfish sauce, which is unacceptable to inform us after we had started eating. What if we have a seafood allergy?! I actually am allergic specifically to crab, so thank goodness it wasn’t that. Poke bowl was not flavorful. Gyoza was subpar. I did tell waiter, but while nice he is clearly on the spectrum so responded awkwardly. We have zero issue with waiter, since he attempted to be pleasant throughout. I told the waiter about the odd texture, he said it was related to the way it was cooked being “well done” & that next time we could ask for it to be less cooked or not cooked so long. This would be absurd for chicken food safety, but again we recognized the limitations of waiter. When it was evident none was eaten & we declined a to-go container, we saw waiter telling one of the females who were standing around with negative attitude earlier & she appeared indifferent. Nobody ever came by to say anything. We’re not ones looking to get a free meal, but a good restaurant would’ve at least sent someone in charge to discuss. Finally, both men & women restrooms were filthy & messy. Customer service is everything & had the staff addressed the fact we did not eat any of the orange chicken I’d be willing to given them a second chance. But definitive never going back & do not recommend due to horrible experience.
