Very nice Denny’s & Cali was a great waitress. Not overly intrusive but very attentive & friendly with a bright smile to match. Food was good & reasonable. Makes me question why anyone would go to a fast food restaurant instead of Denny’s. Only knock was them showing the insurrectionist & Nazi propaganda TV, Faux News. I normally don't have a bad thing to say about the places we stop to eat. But here at the Denny's restaurant located at the Flying J in New Caney, Texas.... The staff here is wonderful and so helpful but I'm so disappointed in the cook and stuff in the kitchen. I must say this is the worst food I have ever been served and they gave us a second round of eggs that were still overcooked. Our toast was not even toasting and the grits were undercooked and so were the hash browns. In my opinion the entire kitchen staff needs an overhaul big time!!! Dame Denny's I used to like eating here and now I choose anywhere else other than a Denny's restaurant. April or server was a Doll and very helpful.
