Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Worst experience I've had at a freddys ever. Walking in the first thing my friends and I noticed was how all the trash cans were full and how dirty everything was. But we were then greeted by a very unwelcoming cashier who had a bad demeanor from the get go. So my friend ordered what he wanted forgot to mention to her that him and I were ordering together so she closed his order on the register. When we politely told her that we were on the same ticket she became even more visibly irritated. I then ordered what I wanted and asked for what i normally get which is a #2 with spicy freddy sauce added to it which i feel like is a pretty normal thing to order. But she replied with "Wait you want it on the burger?" And when i said yes she said "I guess I can" as if I had 3 heads. My friend then said "Youre being very nice" and she replied back to him "Well do you want me to be rude because i can be?" And he responded back "Well you are." After that I think she realized the situation and the situation defused. What was also odd that I want to add is that fact that the manager was right next to her on his phone and never said a word. That was honestly the worst of it and the food was pretty good. But when we asked for freddys sauce for some reason we couldnt get it from the guy that was handing out alll of the orders and right next to some freddys saice and we were directed to get it from the front. Didnt make sense because there was noone at the front and all the workers were standing around because it was only my friends and I and another couple in the building eating food.

We loved the beef hot dogs we got. We got special toppings: mustard, ketchup, raw onions, pickle relish and a little bit of Sauerkraut. Also we bought a Chocolate Concrete with whipped cream & a cherry again this time. All was delicious.
The drive thru staff was so friendly too.
All gets 5 stars. 🤩

Placed an order on the app at 11:40a for a 12 noon pickup. Arrived at 12 noon on the nose, burger was ice cold. Receipt cleary displayed Burger 🍔 was made at 11:45a.

Best damn Burger I've had in a long time. I didn't get the fries or the drink and I ate the burger before I could take a picture of it. Go by Freddy's and have a double jalapeno burger. You will love it.

I mean honestly if I could give 0 I would. The food was alright BUT. My boyfriend got the bacon double burger or whatever it’s called and they gave him 1 piece of bacon. Then when he went to go ask for more the guy behind the counter was like “ sorry everyone is in a bad mood “ and then after my boyfriend came to sit back down. Fine whatever not a big deal. Then as we eating our food trynna finish up , the MANAGER comes over and tell one of the girls to BEAT THE RUG OUT IN FRONT OF THE DRINK STATION ANDDD WHERE THEY PLACE YOUR FOOD FOR YOU TO COME GET IT AND BRING IT TO YOUR TABLE. Thats just absolutely disgusting, careless, and just down right ignorant. She was slamming the rug up and down beating it in the floor in front of the drink and food stations I mean 🤦🏻‍♀️

My husband and I dine here at least once a week, and our food is always decent. Today, November 13, 2024 is the first time we encountered the manager or team lead walking around, interacting with customers. He made absolute sure to skip over us and reach out to the others. At one point, he was begging a customer to fill out a survey card. I am guessing that we are not the right color. If the tables were turned and he was one of our patients, we could not and would not treat him or any person that way.

I gotta say my 1st ever Freddys experience was a hot greasy mess. The young lady at the counter was well mannered. The food (in my opinion) is void of any taste, exception being the grease. Thought she mentioned mustard, I never tasted it. For my money its Whataburger or Sonic. Was hopeful it would be a good old fashioned burger.

Cold fries, too go order when I asked to eat there, which ruined my kids food. No attention to detail by the people making the food. No utensils or ketchup out, floor was disgusting.

I'm just about done with this place. Overly priced for sub par food. $10 for a chicken strip meal that comes in a paper baggie. No napkins and the employee shut the drive through window on me before I was done talking, I was right in the middle of a general statement about a feature on the app....I guess I was boring him.
