Excellent and personalized service. My son has food allergies and the service manager, Miguel, made it a point to make sure he spoke with us to understand our needs. Our server, Karime, was attentive to our order and made sure her manager was aware of our order needs. I highly recommend Gringo’s for Tex Mex food. Miguel deserves a raise and promotion. Had a great experience at this location. It was during the Sunday lunch rush and we waited less than 15 minutes to be seated. Karime was our waitress and she was nice, professional, and very accommodating. Miguel the manager came to check with me when I let them know I had a good allergy. He made sure to meticulously check if any portion of my dish would have an allergenic ingredient and made the appropriate changes so I could safely eat it. Him and Karime went above and beyond....
I love coming here and asking for the server Karime. The food is already delicious, but Karime serves with compassion and always comes over to check on our table. I would recommend getting the Amazon Wrap, if you’re into healthy but yummy meals.
