Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Valley Ranch

Went here for the first time on 11/4 and no one was to be found in the shop. My daughter and walked around for a couple minutes and no one came out. She needed to use the restroom and on every door it said 'no public restroom, for employees only" You would think as an establishment that offers seating while you eat there... would have the availability of restrooms let alone someone attending to the customers. Highly dissatisfied with how it is being run.

My kids love coming here. We love the Frozen yogurt. Although every time you walk in there's no employee insight and most the time you have to stand there and wait for them to come out. While the frozen yogurt is great and the toppings they have as choices but my only complaint is it's the dirtiest place inside and out. Checking out right under the weighing scale there's tons of old food just stuck, the outside looks disgusting compared to the places around it. Like it never gets cleaned swept or wiped down. Even the walls could use a good wipe down. I don't want to stop going but I really hope the cleaning picks up big time.

I used to really like coming here, but every time I've been there lately it's just been yucky. Messy sticky tables that are not cleaned. Trash is overflowing and there's nowhere to put any more trash. The employees don't seem to want to be there. It also seems like they don't have the toppings that I like anymore. Such a bummer.

Walked in, wasn't acknowledged what so ever. I stepped in front of the employee, she wouldn't even look my direction, so I asked another lady for help. At least greet people and make them feel welcomed!

Why do they take away all the tables and chairs over an hour before their closing time?

It is pretty dirty, and there is a strong musty smell that hits you when you walk in. I would have left if my kid wasn’t so excited for frozen yogurt.

Also, there should be more than one person working at the location for safety reasons. The young girl that was working left the front unattended for several minutes.

the very definition of ok. It gets the job done if you dont feel like driving to kingwood or the woodlands but it is incredibly mediocre.

This place is DIRTY! Counters, floor, tables, everything. The fruit section was bare. No napkins, at all. I asked the cashier and she couldn’t find any. The yogurt was watery. Will not come again.

Team Member locked the door 15minutes prior to closing and ignored that we were at the door wondering why it was locked.The open sign was still lit and it was not 9:30pm.They were on their phone just walking back and forth from the front to the back trying to act like they didn’t see us at the door wanting to come in.

In general I like to come a lot, because it is a quiet place, the ice creams are very good because you can personalize them, with fruits (like strawberry, kiwi, pineapple) with sprinkles, chocolate chips, cheesecake and it is very good to be honest, recommended for Bring the kids and have some family time….The only thing I feel they have to improve is the customer service, a little more attention, I mean they are not rude, but the workers like to smile and have a little more tact with the clients, but personally it is delicious to come and eat an ice cream…..RECOMMENDED
