Appetizer was crab ragoons, not bad. My boyfriend got the calamari roll and I had the platter with several different types of nigiri. My boyfriend woke up at 3 the next morning with a very bad stomach ache that worsened throughout the day and my nigiri didn’t taste good at all. Very disappointing food.

We celebrated a birthday here on a week night at dinner. The hostess was unfriendly. The waiter was inattentive. He ignored our requests for refills and to clear the table so we could serve cake. At one point I had to get a pitcher of water and refill our table’s drinks myself. They didn’t even notice. They took forever to bring out the cake we had brought for our celebration. The place looks run down and not clean. The food is overpriced for the quality. It was our first and last time there.

Restaurant is fine staff is great food is as youd expect. That said, they recently decided to include 18% gratuity in the bill. Now I don't have a problem with tipping and I'm always on the generous side, but tipping is supposed to be a voluntary act based upon quality of service not an extra charge for the restaurant. And on top of STEALING 18% per check, they have the audacity to ask for more tip. I won't be back.

My wife and I ate at the Lake Conroe location yesterday and the chicken was so tough and bland, we had 2 bites and were done. The ribeye looked like No Roll grade. When I asked the manager what grade the steak was he told me angus. That told me everything I needed to know. We have always really enjoyed hibachi restaurants but this was not a good experience.

The worst experience I could have, disgusting, the old, rancid, spoiled food, the rice was rancid and sticky with a bad smell, past its age, it was spoiled and the old, stale sushi was disgusting food, I just tried it and I have a lot of stomach pains and vomiting, I want a full refund, you pay for your food, the least you can do is not make people sick to their stomachs with old, spoiled food, I will never buy here again.
