I was here for several hrs doing some unexpected work, and it was a great ambiance for productivity. The internet was fast and the music was grooving. I also noticed the music playing was a very wide variety. Alternative, pop, Spanish, classics, hip hop, and more. There were several others there also working on laptops, and we were not bothered by the staff at all. They cleaned the tables fairly quickly when ppl left. They also had tons of outlets for charging. I bought 2 seasonal coffees and each were btw $4-$7. I would have given a higher rating, but I wasn't a fan of the drinks I ordered (I know, not their fault)

I love the employees. One lady and I had our babies at the same time and then I came back and was pregnant again. Everyone is very nice. I love that they will fill my Stanley. I’m a breastfeeding mom so I try to have lots of water with coffee. My only issue is if I forget my Stanley I am not able to get a large water, which hasn’t been the case the last two years that I’ve been going. This is the only location in our area to do it and it’s inconvenient. I have to stop at another store with all my kids to get ice water. I just want water and it’s becoming an issue and making me uncomfortable if I am being honest. Is this really that big of a deal?

Customer service a this location is always ridiculous. What is the point of ordering drive thru on the app and having an ETA if you are asked to come into the store anyway? If location is backed up then HIRE MORE STAFF. Forgotten items, poor service. Never had a good experience with this location. Will not be coming back.
Tried the racoon cake pop. The icing it way to sweet but granddaughters liked them.drive thru. Love pumpkin cream cheese muffin

The so called manager on shift (6pm) at this location is very rude and had no manners. I pull up to the drive thru and patiently wait for someone to speak and take my order. I waited for about 10 minutes before the manager responded asking if she was taking my order which I found super odd. From the time I pulled up to the time she asked no where in between was I asked what was I going to order. She gave me a hard time by apparently not clearly being able to listen me. All while myself and husband relayed what we wanted to order. I left this location because no one deserves to be treated poorly, not even me. Do better Starbucks!!!!!!

I wish the coffee was the same everyday but it's not .I order the same Everytime..double express undertow with sweet cream and 1 shot of vanílla.
