I come to this location almost everyday I work. The employees always look so happy and appear to really enjoy their job. They usually greet me by name a know my order by heart. I used to order from the Porter location since it's closer to my job, but decided to give this one a try. I haven't been back to Porter since!

Ordered online as most places seem to want you to do that now days and claims of it being faster and easier. After ordering went to the drive through where we were told to look at a timer on the app and to come back through the drive through when the time came on the app. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service skills. Why have an app then.

This a convenient location for me. Straight to work. It's Starbucks, which is good stuff and always delivers. Whether I want a small breakfast or just coffee on the way to work, it hits the spot.

I love it here, always a great experience. The workers make me feel at home and super welcomed. My only gripe is that the food comes out before the drinks a lot of times and I like having a drink with my food. Other than that it’s perfect every time ^^

From ordering to sitting in the lobbing catching up on work it was an awful experience. I was rushed when I ordered with the phrase “anything else” after every item I ordered. Sitting in the cafe is miserable, it’s supposed to be a coffee shop why is the music louder than the clubs on a Friday night. I looked around for a manager to talk to but no one was found. Needless to say I won’t be visiting again

Mobile ordered ahead of time and was in the drive through on time for the order when we got to the window the barista refused to give us our drinks and said that they were behind on orders. When I went inside to retrace the order about 30 seconds later have of the order was done and they had the 3rd drink sitting there until all the ice was melted in my drink then they handed me my order. Do not go to this Starbucks.
