I have tried this Taco bell several times hoping they would get it together, however probably the worst Taco Bell in this area. My nacho fries were old cold and my dog wouldn't even eat them. Great customer service very friendly team and staff but the food's awful. My napkins today were the tri-fold napkins at least I got napkins I guess. I asked for fire sauce each time I've been here never been in my bag and last time I was told they were out of napkins that's why I didn't get any in my bag I'm not sure the owners of this Taco Bell but they need to step it up. My taco has so much sour cream in it that's all it tastes like, sour cream.

Ordered at 7:13 with 2 cars in front of me and it is now 7:43 and only one car has received their food! I'm stuck and the manager has no sense to keep the flow of traffic moving, at least have them wait for their food on the side so we are not stuck for half a fkn hour. Never again 🗑🚮

Great manager! I ordered the wrong meals and he made the ones I actually wanted free of charge AND gave us the wrong meals for free. I offered to pay for the incorrect ones as well but he told me he wouldn’t feel right about that. Will definitely be back!

Don't show up within 10 minutes of closing. Says they close at 2am, but they "stop serving at 1:45" according to the drive through employee.
Food was so cold, like it came out of the refrigerator. Disgusting! Only truly bad Taco Bell I've had in my life.

This is the best Taco Bell in Texas to me for sure. I come here around 5x a week and no matter how late or early I come these guys are always friendly, the food is always hot and they have great customer service. It’s so hard to find restaurants with this type of service these guys do a great job!!!

I despise going to a restaurant and being required to ring up my own food. They don’t even have a menu to look at, you have to scroll around through all kinds of screens on the kiosk to find what you want. Food was good but I won’t be back as long as I am required to use a kiosk to order my food.
