I have been coming here for a couple of years now, it is just amazing. A bunch of food options, big screen to watch events, great atmosphere. I did have one dispute with the tacos la abluela food truck as they did not give me the right amount of change (gave me a really hard time about it) but the owner of food zone was amazing. He was very attentive and helped me throughout the issue, and resolved it for me. If i give this place more than 5 stars I would just because of the owner. Great guy who's doing a great job with this place!!

First time going and will not be my last. Went with the family after leaving the water park across the street. Place has plenty of chooses for food, nice sitting, nice screen and surround sound system.

Earlier this evening I witnessed a little girl around the age of one to two, possibly non verbal, throwing herself on the floor with her pants off and at her ankles.. she proceeded to start ripping her fully soiled diaper off. I looked around trying to locate the parents, another mom near-by said she hadn’t seen a parent near her for a while. Another lady stated she had also seen the little girl wandering around near the exits alone. I finally located the mom, who happened to be the women running La Heloteria - I told her what was going on and she passively said okay. I had to repeat myself at least three times in both English and Spanish and I started to get agitated in order for her to show some kind of reaction. I walked away back to the other ladies who witnessed this and other parents started to circle around. We were all staring at the little girl who was still rolling around the floor unsupervised. Another women unknown to the little girl was the one who pulled the little girl’s pants up. It took us all standing there for the women running La Heloteria to come out and grab her daughter. No sense or urgency whatsoever! She wasn’t busy, there was no line, she was in there eating alone. That’s how kids go missing! It was disturbing and absolutely sickening to see a parent’s lack of care. I understand people have to work, and they may not have childcare, but there are measures that can be taken to prevent such incidents. So upsetting! I hope Food Zone and the owner of La Heloteria hold her accountable, for that girls sake. Posting this across all socials because this is unacceptable.
