Staff was rude. I booked a room for 2 adults and 12 year old child and was given a king size bed, period. I asked to correct this and was told by staff and manager they could not help me unless I wanted to pay $300 additional for a suite. I had already paid for the room and it was non refundable. We had driven 4 hours for my granddaughters tournament. My 65 year old husband slept on the floor and the staff knew this. They even gave us a hard time asking for additional bedding....read full review
