We stopped here because my son wanted to try the Minions Meal.
The burger seemed smaller and less substantial than I remembered, but everything else was okay. We ordered it to go, and it took quite a while to get our order. The customer service was average—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either.
Overall, it was an acceptable experience.
I honestly wasn’t planning on coming back to Wendy’s. The last few experiences I had at this location left me disappointed, and I had pretty much decided that this was going to be my last chance before writing it off for good.
I’m so glad I gave it one more try.

Been here a couple times and the food has always been on point every time and the staff is pretty friendly and nice. Will keep going back :)

Wendy's is known for being a place to grab a quick meal, but recently, it has faced some challenges, particularly in the evenings when service is slower. There have been issues with the soda machine, but the staff remains friendly and hardworking, delivering great customer service and tasty food. However, there have been complaints about the size of the apple pecan salad, which seemed smaller than expected, and the chicken not being fresh. Customers are encouraged to use the Kiosk for ordering, which limits personal interaction.
Despite these challenges, some employees, like Krista, have been recognized for their outstanding service. Krista handled a busy shift alone without complaint, impressing customers with her dedication. Amber has also received praise for her fantastic attitude, even when dealing with issues like cold food. She worked hard to ensure customers left satisfied, despite being the only one managing the front and drive-thru. The kitchen staff is working hard, but there is a need for more support to maintain the quality of service and food. Overall, Wendy's still offers a positive experience thanks to its dedicated crew.
