“I honestly wasn’t planning on coming back to Wendy’s⁠. The last few experiences I had at this location left me disappointed, and I had pretty much decided that this was going to be my last chance before writing it off for good.

I’m so glad I gave it one more try.

Since Monica took over as the new GM, the difference has been incredible. From the moment I walked in, you could tell there had been a real change. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner, the staff seemed happier and more organized, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care about the customers and the quality of their work.

The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. It may sound like a small thing, but consistency and attention to detail make all the difference, and Monica has clearly set a new standard. Great leadership shows through the people around you, and it’s obvious she’s leading by example.

Turning around a restaurant that has struggled with customer confidence isn’t easy, but Monica is doing an amazing job. She didn’t just improve the experience—she completely changed my opinion of this location. What was supposed to be my final visit ended up making me a returning customer again.

If you’ve stopped coming here because of past experiences, I would encourage you to give this Wendy’s another chance. Monica and her team have earned it.“

“My All-Time Favorite place to eat in Lubbock,Tx. Been here a ince i was a little boy and is still going strong and barely scratching the surface. The $6 Deal 4 Real! The ChiliCheese Burger is my favorite and has been all these years. They recently upgraded the burger as it now comes with a quarter pound hamburger patty and that minor detail has been a major change in the quality. The ChiliCheese Fries are the bomb especially when you add a side of ranch to them, mmmmhmm the bestest in West Texas! Thank You for the Great Food for all these years and helping get Lubbock thru the Covid-19.“

She’s nice. her attitude is always on point. I never have any problems with her. Always love coming to wienerschnitzel and seeing her on Drive and on front that’s how I know. My customer service is gonna be good.“
