Food is the industry standard, about what you'd expect from any Dairy Queen. Wait time could be as long as 30 minutes in the drive through for a only a blizzard. Been like this for at least 18 years, so at least I know not to be in a hurry.
I always stop at this dairy Queen when I'm traveling between Lubbock and Plainview.They never disappoint. The food is always hot, fresh, tasty... It's served after a reasonable amount of time for preparation. They're always very pleasant. They have never gotten my order wrong.Now granted, I don't go there every day. I might go there three or four times a month. But for each of these times over the past 3 years, I give it five stars.

Only customer here. Cashier was friendly when taking my order and food came out nice and fresh. Fries were nice and crispy. I don’t come here often but when I travel I always stop and enjoy a good bite to eat.
