We were on our way to Smiley, Tx for a job and decided to stop for lunch through the drive thru. We ordered chicken sandwiches and received beef burgers. We were already at our jobsite when we found out and decided to eat them anyways. The beef burgers looked and tasted undercooked. If we have work nearby, I'll make sure to NEVER stop here again!

The gentleman who took my order at the drive thru was very kind and professional. The young lady who gave me my order was not so pleasant. Appeared she was having a bad day as she didn’t smile and barely spoke. Seemed disgruntled when I asked nicely for lids on my blizzards. Zero costs to be kind- especially a paying customer. “Thank you, have a nice day” can go a long way. Do better sweetheart.

My fries were fresh. I asked for ketchup with my fries through the drive thru. He said it was in the bag, he gave me 1 packet. I did not get a straw for my drink.
Grilled chicken sandwich tasted good & had fresh tomato & lettuce, but the bun was soggy. Fries had good taste but weren't fresh, warm but not hot.

I understand these places may be under staffed, and a little busy at dinner times. But they were sooooo slow tonight, and the food wasn't hot or even warm.
