Went in right after opening and order a Dude Sandwich Combo, Requested the drink be substituted for a Strawberry Shake. Well, I can honestly say, I was not aware that strawberries had any form of chocolate. I am allergic to it and lets just say I didn't have a pleasant drive back home to Round Rock. I am under the impression, that the machine was not properly cleaned, or someone got there before me and ordered a shake/treat that included chocolate. Long story short, not sure I can trust this location or any for that matter.

When the guy tried to give us the wrong order from thru, wanted to see my receipt. Then the girl with him showed him they had two orders mixed. His response, no apology at all. Just smirked and waved as he walked away.

Ordered a milk shake and a banana split today at the drive-thru. The shake was watery and I asked what happened to the rest of the ice cream on the split because there wasn't half as much as any other DQ serves (this location previously as well). The girl said she'd add more but another lady brought it back untouched. Last time going there. Seguin, Stockade and Gonzales will have to satisfy my sweet tooth from now on because I'm not going back to this one.

My food couldn't have been any hotter. Very nice manager and the service was great. Whoever says this place sucks must be having a bad day.
