I had such a wonderful experience at The Enchiladita! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—it felt like visiting family. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was full of flavor, and you could really taste the love that goes into each dish. I highly recommend it if you're craving authentic Mexican comfort food!
We had such a nice time here! We drove in from Lockhart because we heard that this was a great place to eat. We had an excellent experience! The food was great, the service was amazing, and it was just an overall excellent experience! The only bummer is that they only are open in the evenings on Fridays, so you should keep it in mind if you were traveling that way for dinner. Overall, five stars and would recommend!
Enchiladas n puffy taco were good. I think they refry their beans in lard, tasty. My daughter ordered her favorite menudo but only ate the soup with a tortilla. When we cook menudo, we always cut it in bite size pieces, trim the fat, and do not use oregano. I know everyone makes it a little different. The server, Juan Carlos was an absolute delight. He kept our cups full n continually checked on us. (We got there at 11, right before the lunch crowd)
