Chicken was really tasty, rice and beans were also very good. The waitress suggested ordering a whole chicken, instead of 2 halves. My co-worker said he didn't get a breast half.

Amazing chicken! Loved the beans and rice and roasted onion. I had the 1/2 chicken plate and it was very good. Highly recommend. We stopped on our way home to Oklahoma.

I was gonna load at holmes so decided to go buy something to eat and got a half chicken grill with beans rices and tortillas really good food especially the beans..👍

It’s hard to find anything good to eat on the road unless you are unlucky enough to prefer fast food. I got a half chicken meal here and ate every single bite. Very, very delicious. I will be stopping here again on the way back home!

The chicken used in the quesedillas was dry but the service was good. Super obnoxious music being played and the manager(?) was sitting at a table watching videos on a laptop the entire time that we were there.
We are loved everything: beef fajitas, chicken, beans & rice but the passion fruit margaritas were the perfect combination! Thanks!!

The food is terrible, and so was the service at the El Guerro restaurant located 101East Cental Nixon Tx. My hubby ordered 3 corn chicken tacos. The corn tortillas and chicken were so cold. I returned them. I had a hamburger, it was burned and the hamburger bun was cold. Our friend order a glass of water. They were charging her as a water bottle. The waitresses didn't seem to understand what one was ordering. They took all the orders wrong. The service was terrible. My friends order 2 corn fajita tacos, and she got them late, and since we were heading home from a camping trip from Jacksonville camp site on our motorcycles we will be arriving home extremely late. That's why the got a 1 star rating.

The food is horrible. The rice smells like spoiled 🤢 and the wings tasted like it's heated up . The only thing good was the beans. Im usually optimistic about trying new restaurants but this was just disgusting
