This place is DELICIOUS! I had the chicken fried chicken. Seasoned to perfection, breaded perfectly, not too thick with the perfect texture. The chicken was moist and tender. I could cut it with a fork! The crème gravy was the right thickness and also seasoned perfectly. My sides were mashed potatoes and corn. Both perfect. My husband had a burger and fries. He said he hasn’t had a burger this good in a long time! Needless to say , we will be back. Delicious food and the best service.

3/5 stars Major disappointment at Jd's! My family and I have been loyal customers since they first opened, hitting up their spot every Friday and occasionally on weekends for a cheat meal. Lately, though, things have gone downhill fast. Today's order was soggy - chicken strips and fries lacked any crunch. Adding insult to injury, portions have shrunk, especially the fries. We're talking almost no fries in the box, which is a big letdown for the price. This marks three recent orders falling short of expectations. Used to love their food, but until they sort out quality and portion issues, we'll be dining elsewhere.
Fortunately, took picture too late to show the amount of fried and sogginess. I had to throw away the rest making me gross out.

Food is always good, fresh, and hot. Owner is really nice! Just wish there was a place to eat there so we can eat it fresh and not have to sit in our car. My favorite is the fried catfish and hush puppies. Wish I could get a basket full of the hush puppies.

When I was looking for something to eat close to home, JD's Kitchen popped up. That fried chicken would have been worth the drive even if I lived across town. Fresh and made to order. Clean establishment and friendly staff.
When I saw that the chicken came in a bucket, I'm knew it was going to be good! And they did not disappoint! Both the chicken and the fixings were delicious!! They have a customer in me!! 🤗🥰🎯🎯 The fried Chicken was well seasoned and crispy, the mashed potatoes was flavorful and the corn was buttery sweet. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was simply Delicious!!

Coming back to add to my review after eating different options at JD's the hamburgers are good the fries are delicious! My kids love the tenders the chicken fried steak is really good too the breakfast sausage and egg biscuits are one of my go to and saving the best for last are the mango habanero WINGS!! Hands down the best wings I've ever tried even better the Wingstop!! They some how made a wing tender and so juicy and buttery!!
Thank you for saving dinner tonight! Before coming to JD's I was disappointed to find my rotisserie chicken that I ordered from a grocery pick up wasn't cooked all the way. The chicken looked like it took a bad beating as it was bruised inside. Anyway, I found JD'S, and I wish I had found it sooner. The chicken is seasoned to perfection! Hot and crispy too. Thank you! 😉

I went for lunch and the lady behind the counter got my order wrong. When I went to ask about it she caught an attitude then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and rudely asked “well what do you want then.” I told her to leave it as since it was such an inconvenience.

You normally have to wait approximately 15 minutes for your food to be freshly served(and it's definitely worth the wait). Their prices are very very reasonable. JD's has the best chicken that I've ever eaten(hands-down)...I would give JD's ten stars if it was attainable. Keep up the good work...y'all just gained a new member to your regular customer base✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
