This tipping nonsense needs to stop. PAY YOUR PEOPLE BETTER SO THEY DON'T BEG FOR MONEY.I think it's hilarious that employees of BRC got called out for supporting Democrats. Just seems like the business is a money grab. How disappointing. No business from me.

I'm an USN Veteran and hadn't tried Black Rifle Company Coffee yet. But as a diehard coffee drinker, I wanted to give a fellow Veteran company my business. The price was comparable to Starbucks, was hoping it would be less expensive. However, I was happy when I ordered, to find out that I would get a Veteran discount. But as soon as I gave the drive thru person my card, he put me on the spot and "how much of a tip would you like to leave"? UGH!! There went my Veteran discount. Maybe it's just me......but I really don't care for the person that is taking my order/payment in a drive thru......asking me if I want to leave a tip and how much. When I go out to eat dinner, I've never gotten asked by the server how much of a tip I plan to leave. Or even if I plan to tip. Actually, to be honest, I seldom tip in a drive thru, unless I received exceptional customer service. I'm a Senior Citizen and getting an expensive coffee in a drive thru is a rare treat that I give myself. Think I will hit up McDonald's next time. It doesn't taste as good, but a third of the price and they have never put me on the spot, asking how much of a tip I would like to add to my card. In fact, Starbucks has never asked me for a tip either. Instead, they have a tip jar at the window.

We’ve always had a good experience with Black Rifle Coffee in the two years we’ve lived in Texas up until today. My husband and I both ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream in the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay, for the first time ever, we were shown the screen and told that we could add a tip onto our bill for the staff if we wanted to. We didn’t end up tipping. When we received our drinks, they were extremely watered down and seemed to be made with more cream than coffee itself. Maybe the staff working were new and it was an honest mistake? Maybe they were getting back at us for not tipping? It’s really hard to not feel like that’s why our drinks came out so horrible. We were really disappointed with our experience and pray asking for tips isn’t something BRC is going to start implementing upon payment from here on out.

my two daughters and grandson went with me. we ordered and paid for 2-smalls and 2-mediums. we received 3-smalls and one medium. my "medium" was next to my daughter's small (same size), and when I asked about it to the barista......she said "that is a medium".admit that you made a mistake, and don't lie to customers. I have the receipt!!I won't be back, and neither will my kids

Always so yummy. Really wish they would do the liberty bell drinks which we have when we go to savanna GA, only Jarod and daisy ever at this store in nrh were able to make the liberty bell, so I tipped good lol. Love this place since my uncles and my GPA and my daddy are military!
