I Won’t be coming here anymore I’m a daily customer and come here very often… today I placed a order at 11:46am order #63 i got to the Burger King drove to the window and told the lady i had a online order and gave her my name. After that she told me to park in the front and someone will bring me my food. I got to the Burger King at 11:50 am and waited until 12:05 PM. Usually an order that small doesn’t take long especially when the restaurant is empty. I drove back to the window and i told the lady why it was taking so long if i placed an online order. She started saying that she doesn’t even know what my order is and that she can’t just guess what my order is when I clearly told her my order name and why would she send me to the front and have me waiting there. Her name is Miriam and i told her to refund me my money to my card and she said she couldn’t. This lady knows i come here often I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but that’s not how you treat a customer. I advise the manager or district manager to pay more attention to their staff so they can provide better customer service. I was really upset and I still haven’t got my money back…very unprofessional I need to get in contact with management for a refund ASAP

Always out of items. Won't refund online orders
Ordered online and paid extra to have bacon added to my Whoppers—none of them had it. Also got 5 Royal Wraps and they were all thrown together sloppily. Went back inside to show Christian how they looked, and all he said was, “They look fine to me.” No apology or attempt to fix the issue. Is that really how they’re supposed to come? Definitely not what I expected. ( Not to mention, the one I showed him was the one with the most chicken on it)

These other reviews are probably true but as for my experience it wasn’t bad. The employees were nice and the inside was clean. I think Celina took my order. The Coke Zero wasn’t bad and the food was probably 95th percentile burger king food.

Kind of wild how expensive burger King is now. A large bacon cheeseburger meal and an addirional cheeseburger from value menu is now 17 dollars and change. Trust me fast food chains, everybody didn't grow up going to BK and McD for the incredible taste. It was due to the price. If the pricing keeps going up , then maybe make a better product?! Just a thought..

Sure, Burger King has changed in the last few years, but they're still Burger King! The fries are good, the chicken fries especially so, the onion rings are great, and most of the food is cheap.
Tired of this BK. I TRY to give it a chance but this is the SECOND time I’ve paid for 12 mozzarella sticks and received 8. Of course I threw the receipt away in the trash can only to find that when I got home there was 8. The sticks were all broken. This place is HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. The people that work there suck. Im going to Sonic forever from now on. Bye Burger King. They won’t even resolve your issue either. THIS PLACE SUCKS
Ordered 2 meals and side of 8pc jalapeño poppers, didn't receive the poppers. Tried calling no one answered. Thanks for stealing from your customers

This place constantly closes 20 to 30 minutes early. It's an inconvenience. I'll get off work and get over here and try to get something to eat. And they got the little yellow cone of walking the drive through and of course the dining rooms closed. It's like they're trying to be lazy, not work or they don't want people's money, I don't understand it. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. A restaurant's there to serve you. And take your money, but they don't want it.ill be calling the corporate number now
