One of the better burgers I've hade in a while.Make sure you you get the grilled onions on there and a order of onion rings don't hurt.

We want to like this place but they make it difficult. First the good: their beef is great, and the online ordering very thorough. The bad: soggy, limp fries and a seeming inability to make your burger as you've ordered it. Especially when I've paid extra for caramelized onions jalapeño and bacon and there's none on my burger. Service is friendly but a bit spacey. The wait is a long time, so order ahead if you can. No beer or wine to make the time pass more quickly.

Bacon cheeseburger was really good.. homemade ffries were really good too... but $21+tip?? Not worth it... $13.50 at the most with tip.. if you charge less, you'll get more customers... you don't have to charge a "killin'" to make a "killin'"... Nolan Ryan would agree..

We met relatives in Dallas for lunch here. We all had burgers and the kids had chicken tenders. The beef was exceptionally good. They serve Nolan Ryan beef which I didn't know till today existed. Very tasty rich beef burgers. The staff was friendly and helpful as we had a large party and many questions and they were patient through that. I would recommend the carmelized onions with jalapenos sauce on your burger. Only if you like hot and spicy. It was one of a kind. Hope to visit here again.

When I walked in and ordered my food, the lady who was taking my order, who I assume was the owner since I saw her picture on the wall, seemed nice and pleasant. She told me my food would take 15 minutes, which I thought was a little long but not too bad. I waited for about 10-12 minutes and my food came out. My food was really good as mentioned above. However, the experience turned unpleasant when I decided to go to the restroom. When I decided to go to the restroom, I still had some fries and a drink that I was still enjoying. I took about two to three minutes in the restroom, during that time someone was pulling on the door on the outside and knocking. I politely told the stranger that it was occupied. It seemed the stranger stopped, I thought the situation was a little rude but nevertheless I brushed it away. When exiting the bathroom, I returned to discover my food and drink completely gone and my table wiped clean! At this very moment, a black gentleman walked by me and saw me standing there and asked me if I was there for a pick up. I respectfully told him no. I was so pissed off that I decided to leave the establishment for my car. After waiting 10 minutes and suspecting that the black employee was the one who threw away my food since he was the only one in the restaurant at the time who was working. I finally went in to talk to the black employee. I told him my situation about my food being thrown away 10 minutes prior. He first acted shocked and confused when I told him. However his reaction soon turned to annoying and rude behavior. After spending almost $19 here, I at least wanted my drink to be replaced. The black employee annoyingly handed me my cup so I could get a new drink which added to my suspension, that he was the one who knocked and pulled on my door and then threw away my food in retaliation for me being in the restroom when he wanted to go. My suspicions were further confirmed when sitting down and waiting for a manager/ owner to speak with, I observed the black employee pull and knock on the very same bathroom door and then enter it. I continued to wait for another 5 minutes for the lady who I assumed was the owner to speak with, she never showed back up. Frustrated and disappointed, I left the establishment. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I unfortunately will never be returning to this location ever again and I suggest anyone who reads this does the same.
