Slowest Chikfila I have ever been to. I had to wait about ten minutes after going through the drive through and then they did not get my condiments correct nor gave any napkins so I had to go inside. Extra pickles got me one extra pickle on one of the sandwiches. I am just used to better from

Please take the mobile drive thru away. The app doesn’t even work. Ppl just end up getting stuck there causing so much traffic while other location don’t do this
Please get rid of your “mobile thru” it is so useless and waste everyone’s time .
I ordered a salad with some guy who has an accent and he kept calling me lad.. he was upset that I couldn’t understand him and gave very poor service. Bad experience service wise but the salad was about as good as it normally gets so 1 star

Always appreciate Chick-fil-A. This time visited 15 minutes before close. Got soup and tenders. Quite honestly wasn't expecting the best since it was so close to close. But...it was great! Soup was hot, hearty and fresh tasting. Tenders were hot and fresh. And service as always was great!

I ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad in the drive thru today at the NRH location and this makes the 2nd salad I’ve ordered recently from this location with poor lettuce quality. Mainly white iceberg stems and some brown wilt. They also didn’t include all the usual ingredients due to a shortage of the crispy tomato packets as the associate let me know when I called back.
When I called to provide some direct courtesy feedback on the seldom occasion feedback is needed, the Chick-fil-A associate Erin just said I’m sorry and then quiet only telling me they had a shortage and then nothing. She didn’t offer to even replace my salad or get me to a manager who could. I never leave google reviews but this one was called for as I gave them the opportunity to make it right. I’d recommend everyone check your food and set aside the normal Chikfila experience and those expectations that come with it, at this location.

Young man at window was rude and quick to tell “me” he was right. Order was wrong, short an order of waffle fries, no ketchup or sauce, did not combine orders, just shoved all into one large bag!! Very disappointing and a Manager was assisting him.
